Note - outside rear exit of the garage and across the small bridge there is a GREAT PARK and a small sledding hill. children's wagon under the spiral staircase with 2 children's chairs, 2 adult chairs, small ice chest, blanket etc. for concerts in the park behind our building. In the winter I have sleds in the wagon....

Heated ski room with Private locker on the first floor for equipment. Back stairwell area has snow board storage. Parking for 1 auto. Additional vehicles can PARK in the parking lot at the base of the Mountain. Oversized vehicles must park outside.
