That’s an interesting review . I also have my property listed on Airbnb and I have been a super host for years and many of the positive reviews include comments about how beautifully decorated my home is. I’m not sure why the five people who rented the house felt like there was not enough room in the dining room at the table to eat their meals. It might be due to the fact that they chose to have a party without my permission or knowledge and invite 15 to 20 people to my home which of course goes against my house rules and Vrbo rules about having an event or a party without the owners permission. I rented the home to five people who paid for five people and not to 20 people who did not pay me for the extra wear and tear on my vintage wool rugs that are on my floors or the use of my septic system/bathroom etc. Very disappointing.
The property was super accommodating. We liked it so much we extended our stay
The owner was super accommodating to one of our party who uses a wheelchair. however, the house is not have ADA modifications. If a guest is mildly disabled, it is serviceable.

I loved hosting Scott and his lovely family. They were a blessing in every way. They treated my home with utmost respect and left it very clean and were a joy to have.
We loved this property. Most of our time was spent on the back porch relaxing . Beautiful sunsets with quiet tranquility. This is a great property to enjoy Montana's natural beauty.
The property was exactly as pictured. Very nice home, and the views were phenomenal. Karen was great to work with. Will absolutely stay again.

I am an air bnb superhost and I love living in rural Montana with so many opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors. I am happy to point you in any direction whether it be a recommendation for a great steak, or a great hike, or local, live music. I have traveled the world and my business, Latitude 45, is on Google and I host Farm to Table Dinners , movies in the barn with popcorn, and weddings, family reunions, etc. I have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. I hike, run, bike, snow shoe, white water raft, kayak, garden, etc.
Why they chose this property
When I saw this property, and the beautiful views, abundant wildlife, wonderful ranching community, and spectacular yard and landscaping, I knew this was home and every day I wake up and am thankful.
What makes this property unique
Ranching community so quiet, serene and beautiful but only 10 minutes off of Interstate 90 and 30 minutes to downtown Bozeman. Also minutes away from 4 major rivers and 2 State Parks.
