-02/05/24-4/26/24 Unit 903 will be completely closed for rentals.
-4/26/24-5/10/24 There will be significant amounts of noise which will include, but not limited to, jack hammering, grinding and hammering with swing stages on the outside of the building.
-9/18/23-2/4/24 There will be minimal impacts during these dates. The construction will be taking place in the opposite building. You still may hear some noise and the property will still be under construction.
-11/13/23-1/26/24 The outdoor pool will be closed. Other than these dates the outdoor pool will be open, but could close at anytime if deemed unsafe.
-All indoor amenities will remain open

Very large balcony, kitchen and living room. Beds were comfortable. We had to slide the beds over in the double bed room in order to shut the door. We had a few gnats in the condo (probably coming from the garbage disposal). Otherwise we were very pleased with the condo.

Great Location

This is our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. The location is great, the condo is well stocked, the communication with the property managers was excellent. Relaxing Beach Vacation

This was a beautiful condo with a great location. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and see and listen to the ocean. The Palms was an extremely clean and quiet condo complex. We will definitely be back.

Winter Get Away

The property and condo were very clean. The bedrooms have been updated and the beds were very comfortable. Although the kitchen had everything we needed, the only recommendations I would make is update the kitchen cabinets and appliances. Property manager was excellent, they responded to all our requests quickly and followed up to insure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.

Orange beach vacation

We were very impressed with this condo. It looks even better than the pictures. It was very clean. The beds are comfortable. It is spacious and great proximity and view of the beach. Pools were nice because it rained a good bit of the time we were there. There was a couple issues but nothing major we definitely will rent again.

This vacation was wonderful, so was the condo. We were beachfront, great for sunrise/sunset views. The condo is exactly as listed. We will request this unit again. Eight of us stayed in that condo and had plenty of space and privacy.

LOVE the TWO KING beds!!!

These Louisiana girls loved this condo! Perfect location, and the condo is beautifully updated.the beds were all so comfy and plenty of them! We had a very pleasant and easy booking experience, and felt very safe at this condo. My only suggestion would be to update the outdoor cushions, and add a nice table and chairs for the huge balcony. Other than that it was perfect! We will book Again!

Our Alabama get away

The property location was perfect. The condo itself was clean and comfortable but could use some updating. Holes in the carpet, some of the baking pans and the hand can opener were unusable. The 2nd bathroom only had a plastic shower curtain liner and was missing a few hooks. The sheets were very used and did not fit the bed correctly. The elevators in both buildings are being replaced. There are 2 elevators in this building and the whole 3 weeks we were there, one of them was shut down completely by Otis. During our stay, on one day only, the one elevator left operating was not working. I called the Alabama Getaway number I had and as instructed by the answering machine, left a message but I never received a return call. We walked up 9 flights of stairs to get to the condo. My husband just had knee replacement surgery so it was not that easy. We stopped on the 8th floor, which is where the elevator seemed stuck, and were able to get it operating again. Apparently, someone coming in must have jammed the door open. That happens but what was disappointing is I did not hear back from Alabama Getaway. This is not the condo owners fault but it certainly did not make me want to return to this building. Other guests were complaining of the same unreliable elevator issues. I would return to this area again though. It was a nice escape from the winter.

We were switched from The Palms because of construction. We were booked at Summer House 1003B. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THAT PROPERTY, NOT THE PALMS. Alabama Getaway was wonderful and helped us with every problem. Location, floor level, beds, cleanliness were all very good. Reservation #174193.PROBLEMS:Fan/light in bunk room faulty. Needed part. Light above island constantly flickering.Bulb in king guest room burned outNo oven mittsCan opener did not workDishwasher rack problem/rinse aid leaked outMold spots on balcony cushions. Needs replacement.Guest shower handle flopped down.Toaster very small and set off smoke alarm several times. Needs replacement.Toilet flapper leaked water.Twice, water puddle in front of guest toilet twice.Terrible mop for floor cleaning.Large cockroach on floor. A pest control company came shortly after we were there. We lived in FL so we know they can get in, but not a good look.We know humidity and salt play a part in some things.When possible, Alabama Getaway replaced or repaired items. Most problems should have been checked BEFORE we came.That is our honest assessment of this condo. Despite problems, we had a great time.Thank you!

The condo looks just like the photos! The location is great! The walk to the beach is just few steps, so easy to run back to the condo.! Beds are very comfortable.! Building is a bit older but the unit has been nicely updated. Also, it appears that only 3 units were on our floor so there was less foot traffic outside the condo than I expected. We felt very comfortable for the 5 days we spent at the beach! Thank you!!!
