L’appartement est très bien situé avec une vue sur la montagne avec un accès direct sur les pistes de ski.( en bas de l’ascenseur)Le cellier en face de l’appartement est très pratique pour déposer le matériel de ski .Mais ,l’appartement a mal vieilli:les toilettes sont bancales , le robinet d’évier fuit , les chaises se déboîtent .Le placard côté cour est humide.Il y a un manque de porte manteau et de rangement.L’appartement mériterait quelques travaux pour être plus confortable .
