Relax in the great room with gas fireplace and leather furnishings. Prepare meals in your rustic yet upgraded kitchen with reclaimed custom cabinets, granite tops and farm sink.

The fun begins in the lower level game area with a pub gaming table, foosball table, big screen golf game and a classic arcade with 60 games. The lower level kitchen/bar area is perfect for keeping cold drinks, snacks and making popcorn for the theater room in the microwave.

Bored yet? No problem, enjoy the indoor heated pool with waterfall and sliding doors that open to the outside deck. Gather with family and friends in the private home theater with tiered theater seating, projector and 9 foot theater screen.

A main level suite features upgrading bedding on your king bed and ensuite bath. If you have first choice, choose the upper level king suite with private deck, Keurig coffee maker, bathroom with spa shower and a one of kind copper soaking tub with waterfall.

The kids will love the bunk room with barn doors, TV and queen over queen bunk beds.

This cabin is located in the arts and crafts community and is just 8 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, 15 Minutes to Dollywood, 5 Minutes to the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park and 15-20 minutes to the Sugarlands Park Entrance. A major grocery store is 5 minutes from the cabin.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the heat was set on 79° it was 80° outside. You can't see tbe TV from the bottom bunk. HUGE bummer for our kiddo. We weren't able to use the theater room the first night because the last guest that used it had it so messed up. I was scared to use it the rest of the time. It is a very very confusing set up. The shower upstairs gets water ALL over the floor when showering. The shower insert is all the way across the shower. Just not user friendly. I'm pretty sure there is water damage on the water next to the shower. We couldn't use the hot tub because the water smelled so so bad.

Wonderful Cabin!

We’ve stayed at many over the years and some have lots of money into them but then go cheap on furniture or other areas. This cabin spared no expense. It’s hard to tell from the photos but the cabin is modern so doesn’t look like a normal wood cabin on the outside but don’t let that fool you it’s glorious inside. The only downside is, at least in the summer, there are no Mountain View’s due to foliage. Don’t let that stop you because the porches are amazing and it is the most peaceful cabin we’ve encountered. Quiet neighborhood in a great location and easy to get in/out of. Roads aren’t too bad. Highly recommend. Oh and the management company is top notch and very responsive!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upstairs was very hard to keep cool - was uncomfortable to sleep in. Great copper touches throughout the home (bathtub, sink, et cet) but the copper roof reflects on the blinds and were literally melting the blinds with the AC on.... Couch bed linens were really gross (stained and obviously unclean) which they offered to quickly give us a new set. We found the pool alarms somewhat intimidating and annoying but we loved the gaming and theater rooms, hot tub, and pool. Wish we could use the fireplaces for ambience if nothing else, but not allowed to use except during winter (even the one above the bathtub or in the bedrooms). No views of the mountains from any of the balconies and didn't see any bears.

Great cabin for families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great cabin for families. The pool is fairly small but plenty big enough for single family use. The theater room was a big hit and a lot of fun and a great way to rewind after a busy day in the smokies. The decor in the cabin is nicely done and gives a feeling of comfort. The soaking tub is one all wore out moms will enjoy! Our only complaint was the decks are small.

Our favorite was the inside pool that was clean and heated. Our Cabin was loaded with board games,a theater room and game room. Excellent services!!
