About this property

Bright nice flat, next to the Park Tranafirilor

The Flat is on the first floor of a new building. It is fully furnished, and usually we are living there. When we go travelling ourselves, we give it to sublet. The Park is just on the other side of the Trandafirilor street, about 200m away. 400m to the next bus stop. It has a closed yard, with a playground for kids, we ourselves are with two kids, so there are toys that can be used. In the kitchen is all what is needed to prepare good food.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
