Chalet-style house / 10 persons

Ideally located near Gerardmer on the heights of Xonrupt-Longemer, you will stay in this haven of peace of the Vosges close to the ski slopes and the lakes of Gérardmer and Longemer.
The village of Xonrupt-Longemer has all the amenities for an excellent stay.
You will find all the necessary comfort to complete your stay.

3 floors dedicated to reunions for this house with a capacity of 10 people.

Terrace level: a large room dedicated to leisure: billiards, bar, darts. TV lounge with direct access to the closed terrace of 70m2. A shower room equipped with WC and a double bedroom (bed 160 * 200) complete the floor.

Entrance level: a large open space with TV lounge, dining room and kitchen. A laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and a shower room equipped with WC.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, two with double beds (160 * 200 beds) and one with 4 beds 90 cm wide and a baby bed 60 * 140. A bathroom with WC.

The house is equipped with free WiFi.

A folding baby cot is also available on site and can be accommodated in any room. The house has the necessary equipment for babies and young children (bath, high chair, deckchair, etc.).

Electricity costs are invoiced in addition on meter reading on arrival and departure.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. We only supply bath rugs, hand towels and dish towels.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Logement au calme et au vert, belle vue, sur parfois un couple de chevreuil! bien spacieux , chacun a eu son espace personnel, pratique d'avoir trois sanitaires! bien équipé, on a bien apprécié la salle de billard! bonne literie et belle terrasse, et nous avons aimé Les Vosges et ses randos, ses lacs, ses cascades, son munster ! merci beaucoup!

Grande maison dans un cadre charmant

La maison était parfaite pour 9 personnes (on aurait pu être 1 ou 2 de plus sans problème sans se marcher sur les pieds). Grands espaces cuisine, salle à manger, salon, billard. Très propre, avec tous les objets de première nécessité à disposition et très bon accueil.

Très beau logement. Belle surprise à l'arrivée le logement est encore mieux en vrai! Très lumineux et soigné. Le logement est très propre, la literie top! Chauffage au sol, la station le poli est à 100 métres à pied . Nous sommes ravis.

Grande maison propre. Se situe à juste à coté du domaine du poli et pas très loin du domaine de gérardmer. Nous avons tous passé une bonne semaine.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans ce spacieux chalet. Le logement est très propre et la vue est magnifique, la maison est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. La salle de jeux en bas est très agréable et permet à ceux qu'ils le souhaitent de veiller plus tard sans déranger les autres. Malheureusement nous avons eu mauvais temps, mais la terrasse doit être très agréable avec du soleil. De plus, le gestionnaire est très ponctuel et arrangeant. Je recommande pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Une semaine au top, même sans neige

Une maison idéale pour une semaine avec amis et enfants. Le salon du bas permet d'offrir un espace pour les enfants pendant que les parents mangent au 2eme. Belle terrasse qui donne envie de revenir l'été. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil de Christophe. Arrangeant, disponible et efficace. Et surtout bravo à lui et son équipe pour la propreté des lieux. Rien à dire ! Merci !

Chalet très agréable

Chalet spacieux et très confortable pour un séjour en famille. Avec 4 ados nous avons apprécié les 3 sdb et le grand salon pour les soirées billard. Environnement très calme et à bonne distance des pistes de La Bresse.
