The residence consists of 5 adjoining housing units on the ground floor of a villa, and an upstairs apartment (top of villa with large terrace on the sea side), with secure private parking (gate with automatic closing), laundry , drying rack and outdoor shower for beach return.

The ground floor apartments can accommodate from 2 to 6 people and are all equipped with one or two double beds
