Unique Country Setting

Our unique house is located in the heart of the Tuscarawas Valley. We have over 100 acres behind the house with mowed hiking trails and breathtaking views. We are within minutes of many local golf courses, Frisbie Golf courses, Amish Country, Warther’s Museum, Zoar Village, Tuscora Park, Hiking and Biking Trails, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Atwood Lake, Schoenbrunn Village, Trumpet in the Land, shopping, restaurants and many Wedding Barns.

The pool is available weather permitting. It is the pool at our home so we may be using it too. This has never been a problem with guests. It is a large pool and pool area. We have multiple areas set up around the pool for social distancing and privacy. We do have another Airbnb on the property that may be using the pool, too. Again, it is a large pool with an even larger deck with multiple seating areas for everyone. We added a ping pong table in the pool house. A fire pit is available at the pool. Bundles of wood are available for $5.

Washer and Dryer can be avaliable upon request if you have a longer stay.

We are 3 miles from downtown New Philadelphia or Dover. Most people from out of town have rented a car. There are many excellent restaurants within a half mile to five miles. We have a lot of property to walk and many bike trails nearby.

Verizon is our internet. It works everywhere. T-Mobile and AT&T do not work very well. Sprint works if you stand in one spot.

Renting a car is best. We do have a taxi service and Uber. There is plenty of parking.

The bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. There are 3 steps to go up to get into the house. There are 4 steps to get into the downstairs bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom is available when there are 5+ guests.
