The Guest Quarters at the Inn is a vacation rental site situated one block from the -Bay in the historic and charming town of North Beach MD. The Guest Quarters are partnered with The Westlawn Inn, an award-winning fine dining restaurant with early-evening live music on the weekends. The five-unit building is in the Arts and Crafts style of the 1920s and boasts special hand-crafted detailed trim work that fits the historic charm of days gone by in the coastal town, setting the standard for hospitality on the western shore.

One Bedroom Suite 205: This spacious second floor suite consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. There are 10-foot ceilings with ceiling fans and a private open air balcony with a southern exposure to allow for the warm bay breezes. The bedroom has a king size bed and large screen television; the living room has a pull-out sofa and an additional large screen television. The bathroom offers both a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Wi-fi is complimentary. (Note: there is a staircase to reach this room – there is no elevator on the premises,)

BATHROOM – • Place all used towels on the floor. BEDROOM – • Strip and place all used linens on the bed.
MISC. – • Turn off all lights. • Return beach pass (during summer months). *Please complete all items above to avoid an extra charge.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The location was awesome places to go and eat very close to the beach.There’s only one negative thing I could say about it. When we pulled our sheets to leave the mattress had nasty stains on it.

Nice place to stay

The unit is very nicely decorated and in a quiet ideal location. A short walk to the beach and the best restaurants and coffee shop in town. Parking was convenient as well. Fairly clean up some areas could have used a little more attention in the cleaning process, like the microwave was a bit grundy—we cleaned it ourselves before using it—and the blinds and windowsills were quite dusty. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Property was clean, location is great. I was able to park with easy and walk to beach and all local restaurants. Cons no beach towels, remote to 1 of TV not working probably just battery. Upon stripping bed as required mattress was discolored. There should be a protective mattress cover.

Perfect retreat for a wedding weekend

The property was not only as described, but better than described, honestly words don’t do it justice. It was exactly what my best friend and I needed to get ready for a friends wedding, and have a comfortable place to stay for the weekend. We loved the classy decor, full length, mirror, soaking tub, and the big thank you for the welcome tray of snacks! The location is perfect, a block from the water, close to bars and restaurants, while being in a quiet neighborhood, and it’s proximity to Herrington on the bay where the wedding was held was perfect. Thank you!

Great guest suite

This is a large and clean guest suite right in the heart of North Beach. The owners did a great job setting it up to be very self service. Furniture appeared new. Renovation appeared new. Very clean. Comfortable. Great addition to the area which generally lacks overnight accommodations during the summer. Will definitely use again.

This is a brand new place - very clean and neat with attention to details.

We loved our stay here. It is a short way to restaurants and the boardwalk. The mosquito screens are not yet in place, but we had breakfast on our porch - without being attach by insects. Only a few suggestions for improvement: some light bulbs were missing: one above the cooktop (in the exhaust hood), one in the bathroom above the sink (it is difficult to get a close shave in the semi-dark ;-)
