Charming studio classified 3 stars of 32m² located in the barn of the old bread oven on a traditional Landes property of 7000m² (farm + outbuildings).

DESCRIPTION: Close to the owners but completely independent (accommodation, entrance, parking, garden area), you will enjoy a pleasant and preserved setting with a 300m² pool. Located in a district 2km from the village bakery, near Mont -de-Marsan (15km) offers all the services of the city (shops, culture, sport ...).

ACTIVITIES: canoeing, horse riding, golf, hiking, fishing (live on site), Landes race, Jean-Rostand center, Bastides heritage. Come and discover the Landes culture and its renowned products (local festivals, Regional Natural Park, gastronomy and tasting at local producers ...). Swimming possibilities on Barbotan or Mont-de-Marsan lake (20 minutes by car). 1.5 hour car excursions to ocean beaches, the Pyrenees, the Basque Country and elsewhere (6 km from the motorway).

EQUIPMENT: 160x200 bed (sheets included), convertible Bz sofa, comfortable kitchen area (fridge, hood, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), bathroom with shower (linen included) and WC, hair dryer, garden furniture, barbecue, TV, internet access, iron + table, baby kit. You will enjoy a common laundry room in an annex (washing machine, dryer, freezer). Bikes available
