Magnificent chalet of 2,528 ft2 living space with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate 12 people.

The family room with its stone fireplace is perfect for warming up after a day of skiing or the outdoors. You can cook your suppers in the fully equipped kitchen. A raclette oven, Chinese fondue and a BBQ is at your disposal. You can enjoy your coffee while admiring the magical landscape! Young and old can enjoy the pool table located on the garden level.

Le Bonheur is located on an 80,000 ft2 lot surrounded by mature trees to offer you absolute tranquility. Directly on the garden level is an 8-person spa to end your evenings!

The chalet is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

You can take your bikes and your walking shoes to take advantage of the aerobic corridor, kilometers of trails accessible directly from the chalet, also the chalet is located 5 minutes by car from Mont Morin-Heights. Guests can enjoy long hikes or mountain biking routes.


The picturesque village of Morin-Heights is less than 1 km away. You will find all the amenities such as a grocery store, bakery, SAQ, pharmacy, gas stations, restaurants cafe and taverns. Without forgetting that the chalet is located 5 minutes from the heart of the village of Saint-Sauveur where you can enjoy many restaurants and shops.

Several spas are available for a thermal experience Le Amérispa de Morin Heights and the Ofuro spa, both less than 3 km away. You will also discover aquatic pleasures by taking advantage of the Mont Saint-Sauveur Aquatic Park and if you are not afraid of heights, the Acro-Nature experience (Tree in Tree) in Morin-Heights is for you. I loved my stay at this location definitely would book again if needed. It’s private, spacious, clean rooms and confortable beds. One thing I absolutely loved is that there’s lots of mirrors and full body mirrors which for some reason isn’t something that you see in every booking. Overall it’s a 10/10

Great stay for a bachelor party

We had a great time staying at this chalet. There was a slight incident at the start and it was quickly taken care of and we had an amazing weekend. Highly recommend for groups of 12 who don’t mind sharing beds. Overall an amazing trip and a great stay.

Bachelorette Trip

The cabin was great! Super spacious, and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to host a big group. It's also close by to a lot of activities, like skiing, hiking, spas and restaurants. There's a few small changes that the host could make to level-up the experience for future guests including fixing taps in the bathroom (removing water deposits so the pressure increases and water doesn't spray in different directions) and updating pillows. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Thanks Nicholas!

beau séjour en famille pour mon anniversaire.la luminosité est magnifique.nous avons maqué d'électricité le samedi vers 23h. Fait cocasse, nous avons allumé le foyer et passé un beau moment. il faisait plus froid la nuit pour ceux au sous sol et sur la plancher.belle communication avec le proprionous avons réussi à avoir le chalet un peu plus tôt et ce fur très appréciéle chalet n'est pas isolé puisque d'autres près, mais avons de bons écrans d'intimité avec la nature

Le chalet est très spacieux, très propre et très confortable. Toutes les commodités indiquées dans l'annonce et la description sont telles que mentionnées (nous n'avons pas utilisé le spa par contre). L'hôte était facile à rejoindre et la localisation était parfaite pour notre famille . Nous avions 6 enfants entre 4 ans et 9 ans avec nous. Nous avons profité du parc municipal à proximité ainsi que des glissades du domaine des pays d'en haut. La table de billard a aussi été un bel élément.

Petite fin de semaine familiale.

L’ensemble de la propriété était très bien. Tout est bien indiqué, un livre contenant toutes les règles de la propriété est disponible dans la cuisine. Il mentionne aussi quelques activités à faire dans les environs. Les lits étaient confortables et la propriété était propre. Les foyers intérieurs et extérieurs sont un grand plus avec beaucoup de bûches disponibles. Les seuls petits bémols sont la table de billard qui serait dû pour une remise à neuf, le fond du spa était remplis de sable, il faudrait de meilleures mitaines de four et le four ne semble pas chauffer très rapidement. Sinon tout le reste était très bien. Merci pour votre accueil!

This place needs some major TLC. The banner going downstairs was broken and hanging off the wall when we got there. There were about 10 garbage bins that were all overflowing in the parking lot. Things were broken and just not repaired. At one point the bathroom drain got jammed and wouldn't open and the owner told us to call some other handyman to come fix it. They just don't seem to care and it shows.

Perfect property for a family of 10

It's a five bedrooms house, main floor for the parents and each adult child had their own floor, second floor and walkout basement. Easy access to Morin Height ski hills and cross country ski. Also for a night out St-Sauveur is just 10 minutes at the most from the house. Highly recommended and I will return for a summer vacation. also.

Spotlessly clean! Modern, Excellently equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds, Lots of space and accommodated our family very well! the open floor plan delivers a relaxed vibe with a nice view! There were extra touches such as a high chair, dishes , chalkboard wall for the little ones and we can say that this place was the perfect Home Away from Home! Work from home experience: very good & fast internet connection ! Plenty of space , just pick your table & view! ( outside, basement or main floor) ! Little note: save the raccoons lol ! We found 2 little ones trapped in 2 different trash cans far outside! They are curious and fall into the empty trash cans and remain trapped!

Great stay

We had a great stay. Is a fantastic place, especially for a group as there is lots of space in the seating and dining areas. Nice, clean and modern, and the kitchen is well stocked with the necessary essentials. The only thing to nitpick at was the garbage bins outside. They appeared as thought they had not been picked up for some time, the recycling was already overflowing when we arrived and the instructions were to put all garbage outside into them. Would recommend the property and would return to stay again.

The listing mentions home built 2017; photos very nice, so we expect a beautiful new home, nice furnishing, well equipped, everything in good condition. The dishwasher not working, bathroom in basement drain clogged unable to use tub/shower so we are left with one bathroom with tub&shower for 9 people, blinds in one washroom all broken, stools in kitchen & sofa torn, 5 chairs at fire pit back broken. No lights outside and poor garbage disposal. Called owner on arrival Friday 3 times, no response, message left. Returned call on Sunday but none of the issues resolved during our entire stay. Poor maintenance all together.
