About this property

Cottage 200 meters from the beach at Domaine d'Hennequeville.

Pretty little hut in bucolic environment housed in the private park of Hennequeville, Trouville-sur-Mer, just 300 meters walk from the beach and 2 km from Trouville casino on the road to Honfleur. We rent our second home.

Capacity: 4 people possible on 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 pull-out beds), bathroom with shower and toilet, living room in veranda overlooking a terrace of 150 m2 without vis-Ă -vis and a nice garden. Wifi and private parking in the garden and / or in the street in front of the house.

Absolute calm and tranquility guaranteed. Sheets provided, parasols, deckchairs, sundeck, patio heater, and BBQ are waiting for you ... 😉

1st to 12th and 21st to 30th July 2018 and 2nd September to 30th October.

Price: 150 € / night cleaning included.
Minimum 3 days rental.

DECEPTION

Quelle surprise Ă  notre arrivĂ©e de constater que la location Ă©tait occupĂ©e... par les propriĂ©taires qui avaient, semble-t-il, oubliĂ© que leur maison Ă©tait rĂ©servĂ©e pour 3 jours !!! Heureusement pour nous, ils (lui gĂȘnĂ© et elle mal aimable...) ont quittĂ© les lieux, le linge de lits changĂ©. Cependant, tasse de cafĂ© et verre laissĂ©s sur l'Ă©gouttoir, produits de toilette non rangĂ©s, plats noirs de crasse ou de brĂ»lures, placards non prĂ©sentables avec miettes et paquets vides, poubelle non vidĂ©e, entre autres... nous avons dĂ» retourner la nappe de la table (tĂąches). La serrure d'une des baies vitrĂ©es Ă©tait cassĂ©e et donc ne fermait pas. A l'extĂ©rieur jardin ni tondu ni entretenu. A l'entrĂ©e de la maison, une lampe cassĂ©e par terre avec tous ses dĂ©bris de verre... Déçues de la prestation, nous ne recommandons pas cette location en l'Ă©tat, malgrĂ© son emplacement au calme et bien situĂ©e. Attention, l'adresse prĂ©cisĂ©e sur le site et la convocation ne correspond pas au lieu de la rĂ©sidence.... Cette longĂšre mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre remise Ă  neuf avant de pouvoir accueillir dignement des vacanciers. De plus, la caution a Ă©tĂ© encaissĂ©e dĂ©but mai et remboursĂ©e fin juin... Ă  qui cela profite ? Le site hĂ©bergeur ou le propriĂ©taire ????

Ferien am Meer

Schön gelegenes Haus. In wenigen Minuten am Meer und bei Ebbe auch am Strand entlang nach Trouville sur Mer. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Wir waren zu dritt geht aber sicher auch gut mit 2 Kindern. Der Garten ist groß und rundherum geschlossen. Auch mit den Fahrrad kann man etwas unternehmen aber Radwege gibt es nicht. Also eher nicht fĂŒr kleine Kinder. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Die schlechte Bewertung fĂŒr den Check in ist weil die angegebene Adresse nicht stimmte und die Telefonnummer zur von uns angegebenen Anreisezeit nicht erreichbar war. Vielleicht war es nur ein unglĂŒcklicher Zufall aber die Adresse sollte vom Besitzer korrigiert werden.
