Welcome to our new spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath home on a wide deep water canal with a 75 foot dock only 250 feet from the peaceful open waters of Pine Channel. The dock is equipped with a ladder and ample fenders and cleats to secure your boat. Our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Our comfortable 10 ft by 20 ft rear deck offers breath taking expansive views of the peaceful canal and beautiful Pine Channel. Relax at night with your favorite drink and marvel at the spectacular site of the stars in the southern sky while the Overseas Hwy Bridge excites the imagination. The house sports a spacious , open and split bedroom layout with 9 ft ceiling and many windows. The large master bedroom on one side of the house has a large walk in closet and an extremely roomy bath. The bath has a separate and private room for the ca mode and the well sized shower with fan and light and convenient bench . The separate double vanity is well appointed the mirror and lighting. The bedroom is handsomely furnished with a queen size bed, 2 night tables ,ladies amour and man`s chest. On the opposite side of the house are two comfortably sized bedrooms and a full bath with tub and fan .Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, night table and chest with large closets. All three bedrooms have their own Smart TV. The very sumptuous great room is open to the bright and cheery kitchen and spacious dining area and overlooks the deck and canal. It is furnished with a queen sized sleep sofa, two end tables, two very comfortable chairs with a table in between them and Smart TV. The very comfortable kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator ,stove , dish washer , microwave and toaster oven . The kitchen boasts an expansive island with four stools so the family can enjoy each-other`s company . The kitchen is fully stocked with every imaginable utensil. The dining area is over sized with a large table with ample room for the eight dining room chairs. The home is centrally air conditioned and all rooms have fans . There are Smart TVs in each bedroom and the great room .We supply free strong and reliable WIFI making working from the house very easy. The house is only 250 ft from the open waters of Pine Channel. Once there you can run your boat south to New Found Harbor where you will find small islands with cozy sand bars . Head a little further and find the famous Looe Key Reef for some breath taking snorkeling. Or you may choose to head north to the back country and explore the beauty and serenity of the exotic sandbars of Marvin Key , Snipes Key and Content Key . On the way back, stop off at Kiki`s Sandbar Grill with its own dock and enjoy a cool drink while rehashing the excitement of the day.The incredible and world famous Bahia Honda Beach State Park is only a 10 minute ride. And of course fun filled Key West is just a short drive away. The home is terrifically located and truly has everything you need to have a wonderful and memorable time in paradise.

Good times in the Keys

House was clean and functional. Location is great for water access and sunset viewing. Neighborhood people were friendly. The location of the property was convienent to shopping, and restaurants. Great little park across Route 1 was perfect for snorkling or outdoor lunch, with access to clean bathrooms. Also the local Outdoor Market on Saturdays & Sundays was nice with local fresh fruits & vegetables and stuff.. Be sure to bring your bicycles or kayaks as there are none. Getting around on our eBikes was great.

This was an absolutely beautiful home in a perfect location. Very clean and had everything you could think of that you would need. We have a 24ft boat and a 28ft boat and they both fit nicely against the dock! Owners were very nice and made check in very easy. I would absolutely stay in this house again!!

Great house/central location to Key West, but out of the hustle of downtown

House is very nice & updated. Location was perfect central location to Key West, but far enough away from the hustle of the city/tourist. Quiet suburban neighborhood in close proximity to grocery & other stores, restaurants & some other key destinations points. The house was clean and had most of what you would need for a lengthy stay. The outdoor deck area was nice with ample seating for time spent outdoors. We were very fortunate to see some manatees who had come up the canal and get some great videos/pics, so be on the look out for them as you are sitting on the deck or when navigating the canal! The only negative was the sparse furnishings in the living area (considering the number of guests the house accommodates) with only one small couch & two small chairs. The house could have used a few more linens as well (towels/washcloths, blankets/sheets) so we had to wash daily to keep the supply. Overall, I would give the house a 4 out of 5 star rating and would return for another stay! Be sure to check out the large Farmers Market nearby on Saturday & Sundays! Great stuff!

Big Pine Mardi Gras

My wife and I were at this property for the month of March with our son, daughter in law, and 12 year old grandson joining us for week of Mardi Gras. Accommodations very new, clean, and spacious. Great location with plenty to do. Lots of Key deer, saw manatee in canal. We swam and kyuacked in canal. Wonderful memories!

Beautiful new home. Convenient location. Large enough dock for multiple boats if needed on a clean canal. Enjoyed seeing the Key deer in the neighborhood. If you are lucky enough to stay here you must visit Looe Key!

Excellent location and beautiful home

The property is brand new and in an excellent location for going fishing, diving, and snorkeling. We put our boat in at Little Torch Key public ramp and kept it in the canal behind the house. We love fishing and target Yellowtail Snapper. There are excellent fishing locations within 3-5 miles into the Atlantic, about a 20-30 minute boat ride. Looekey is also only 3.5 miles away. We were fortunate to see three Warsaw Grouper under our boat while snorkeling at Looekey. The is also a public beach and snorkeling are that we went to several times called Bahia Honda State Park. Snorkeling is best on the Atlantic side and the beach area is best on the gulf side. The house has very comfortable queen beds as well as a pullout sofa bed. The kitchen is very roomy and provides an easy cooking location conected to the living and dining as one great room. Remember to pack lots of sunscreen and Off bug repellent. Our children and grandson enjoyed seeing the Key Deer. I was very surprised to see them after returning from grocery shopping one evening. They followed me around the car looking for hand outs. You aren’t supposed to feed them but they knew where the food was and showed up the day before garbage day. We are already planning a trip for next year. Can’t wait!!! This month went by too fast. We were truly blessed to find this lovely location and have the opportunity to share it with our family.
