This Racquet Club Sanctuary has been remodeled and you'll love the 1,400 square feet of space, with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. This multi-level unit can sleep up to seven guests. This property is located near to all the great Park City sights and sounds. Leave the car behind and hop on the free bus, which can take you to just about everything — stores, restaurants, Main Street and so much more. Walk a few steps to the Park City Municipal Athletic Recreation Center, where for a small fee you can enjoy fitness equipment, an indoor track, climbing wall, tennis courts, hot tub, seasonal pool and much more!

You enter the home through the front door on the first level and will be greeted by the remodeled main living area – living room, kitchen and dining area – a perfect gathering space.

Living Room: Enjoy mountain contemporary furnishings, a Smart TV, and a warm gas fireplace. There's a wonderful adjacent wine bar, with wine fridge, along with the numerous windows that will bring in natural light — making the space great for entertaining or just relaxing. There's an adjacent private deck, where you can enjoy the views.

Kitchen/ Dining: Fully equipped kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner Viking stove and double ovens. Enjoy the convenient bar seating, and the adjacent dining area complete with mountain-style bench seating — perfect spots for meals and snacks.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom- Found on the second level with a King Size Bed, a Smart TV, and even a private balcony. The en suite bathroom has a soothing tile shower, and dual sinks with granite countertops.
Bedroom 2- Found on the second level and has a Queen Bed and a balcony. This bedroom has access to a full bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3- Situated on the top level and offers a Twin over Queen Bunk Bed and a Smart TV, and has access to a full bathroom.

Comfortable home away from home

The place is new, immaculate, and comfortable just like home. The beds and so many pillows are super nice for some great rest after a day at the slope. Bathrooms are functional and clean. Kitchen is well appointed.

Great property!

The pictures were very accurate. The kitchen was updated nicely with a great six-top gas stove and had everything we needed to cook meals. Bathrooms were updated and our family of five had plenty of room. Great, central location. Would stay here again!

Comfortable home in perfect location

Clean comfortable well equipped home in the heart of everything but very quiet. Layout of this unit was much more spacious feeling then others we have stayed in. Easy walk for our teens to the bus. Would recommend this property

This was our third time visiting Park City. And, this rental was the best! This condo is modern and beautiful. We skied the Mountain Village and this condo was a short and easy drive away. We loved all the hooks by the front door for our ski jackets and bibs. We loved the baskets on the shelves to keep our hats, gloves and gaiters organized. All the liners for boots were amazing. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of space. Each of kids had their own room. Our son, particularly loved his "man cave" on the third floor. The beds were so comfy. The black makeup towels in the bathrooms were such a nice touch and appreciated. Neither bedroom on the second floor had a closet, but there were lots of hooks and drawers and a closet in the hall. The Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and tupperware. We don't ski on Saturday, so we went for a great walk around the beautiful neighborhood. Park City Mountain Rentals was a pleasure (especially Matthew) and we highly recommend finding a property that is managed by them. We would definitely stay here again and I hope we do so next year!

Park city paridise

We loved the space and all the light from the windows covering both ends of the unit. Also loved having a garage for the car and skis. The location was also great, just a couple minutes from both Canyons and Park city, and one light from the grocery and liquor store. We would definitly stay here again!

Time Away

Home was very clean and like advertised. Kitchen is well stocked with any cooking tools you may need. Comfy beds and furniture, the kids loved the upstairs bedroom. Plus a heated toilet seat down stairs. It was a great first experience with a VRBO home.

Great snow retreat!

We stayed over Thanksgiving week - the first major snowstorm of the year! Not quite enough to ski, so we hunkered down and enjoyed watching the storm from inside. The unit had the perfect accommodations for the occasion and has been immaculately maintained. We had a delightful time. The space is well designed to allow for time together or some time alone. There was a little confusion about a late check out and the communication from the property management team, but that was the only hiccup. We will be back!
