YOUR APARTMENT
For your skiing holidays or to spend your summer in Arc 1800, book this studio with a South-West facing balcony with a view over the mountains.
This 30sq-m studio is situated at the 3rd floor of the residene Pierra Menta, residence with lift, and it can accomodate up to 5 guests.

The sleeping arrangements
In the living room you'll find 2 single beds.
A sleeping area, at the entrance, with a set of bunk beds and 1 drawer bed.
Please note that the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

At your disposal 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.

The open plan kitchen
Fully equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a micro-wave, a dish washer, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.

THE RESIDENCE PIERRA MENTA

It's located in the "Charvet's" village, near the residence "Les Belles Challes" and at 200 meters of the chairlift "Vagere".
The covered car park "Le Charvet" (additional charges) is available at 70 meters as well as the stop bus.
The shuttles are free and they circulate every 20 minutes the winter and all the hours the summer.
The residence is located near all the amenities : bars and restaurants are above it, easily accessible with lift.
You'll also reach the ESF about 7 minutes' walk. The Tourism Office and the medical center are at 70 meters. The nearest minimarket is at 50 meters.
