It is a small building with a single floor, very quiet 600 meters from the beach, it overlooks the Gulf of Tiuccia and offers an exceptional view. Close to amenities (shops, doctor, pharmacy etc ...). Parking in the residence.

The apartment is a 50 m² duplex upstairs at the end of the building, it is bright, well maintained and ideally rented for 5 or 6 people.
