This 60m2 flat has recently been completely renovated.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement.
Our flats and chalets are located between 400 and 800m from the slopes.
You'll enjoy breathtaking views.
It's the ideal base for a stay in the heart of the mountains, whatever the season. Free shuttle buses stop at the end of the driveway in summer and winter.

Our luxury flats and chalets are just a few minutes' walk from the village, where you can pick up fresh bread and croissants every day, head to a restaurant for a typical Savoyard meal, or take a groomer ride and enjoy the cosy atmosphere in a mountain restaurant.

All our accommodation is equipped with free WIFI, large-screen TVs and private, snow-free parking.
Our accommodation is built and renovated using materials that combine authenticity and modernity. They are spacious, bright and functional. The balconies and terraces all face south and are furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Take your time, live at your own pace between sporting activities and contemplative rest.

Logement très bien situé avec arrêt de bus juste à côté pour prendre la navette afin d'avoir accès aux postes de ski. Accès à une machine à laver et sèche-linge qui est un plus non négligeable ! Hôtes disponibles et accueillants outre un logement en très bon état et de qualité !

Magnifique séjour. L'appartement était très propre et avace une vue incroyable. Près des pistes , la navette passant juste devant le chemin. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir pas mal de neige et de très bonnes conditions météorologiques.

As early as 1965, our parents welcomed holidaymakers in a chalet that our father had built himself: 'Les Congères', named after this because there was a lot of snow blown in this place that isolated the farms in winter.
