The apartment is just re tastefully decorated (new bathroom, new American kitchen): Nice easy and functional space, located on the 1st floor. There are 2 independent rooms (one in "cabin" very small but efficient). The living room overlooks a large terrace (covered) overlooking the trees and the swimming pool of the residence! There is a parking space.
The location of this apartment is a real plus: it is in a quiet residential area, itself located in the heart of the village of Canon (Lège Cap Ferret) and less than 50 meters from the beach of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Everything is done on foot, or by bike.
Ideal for 4 people on holiday.
