Superb recent house classified **** sea view-50m from the sea - Landrellec / Trégastel

Located on the peninsula of Landrellec, on the edge of Trégastel in one of the most beautiful sites of Brittany, our house is just a few steps from a beautiful beach. It has a closed garden, is independent, not dividing and very bright.
The 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor.
To enjoy a beautiful sea view, the living room, living room and kitchen are upstairs. From the living room / lounge you will have access to a beautiful terrace.
Living space: 120 m²
The house has a carport and private parking (the set for 2 cars).
It is located 50 meters from the beach of Landrellec with direct access to the path of Customs (GR34).
2 restaurants are nearby (including an excellent creperie!) and also a mini market (summer only).

The house is doubly labeled:
furnished 4 **** tourism and an allocation of 4 keys by Clésvacances.


On the ground floor:
 - a bedroom equipped with a bed 140 * 190 and a private bathroom (basin + walk-in shower)
- a bedroom with a 140 * 190 bed.
- a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 * 190.
- a bathroom (sink + walk-in shower)
 - an independent toilet (hand wash)
 - laundry room (washing machine and dryer)

Upstairs :
 - a fully equipped American kitchen
 - a living room with sea view
 - a terrace (with stairs to access the garden)
 - A separate WC (isolated by an airlock)

The kitchen includes the following equipment: hood, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven pyrolysis, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso, pressure cooker, steamer, kettle, raclette + all the dishes , cutlery and dishes / pots / pans ...

The house has a TV as well as Internet and TV decoder for Orange TV (free)

During the French school holidays (Summer / Easter), the hiring is done on 7 days minimum (1 week).

For long weekends rental is on 3-4 nights minimum

The beaches and the GR 34 (coastal "Douanier trail" in the wild moor of the peninsula of Landrellec) are within walking distance without taking the car. The coast is composed of an alternation of beaches, creeks, islets accessible at low tide, rocky peaks, moors of heather broom and gorse.

Ploumanach, Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, l'île-grande, Lannion, Tréguier, Paimpol and the island of Bréhat are very close with many attractions and also offering many tourist activities to complete your stay in Landrellec.

Nous avons récidivé pour cette location déjà effectuée il y 2 ans. La perfection ressentie lors de notre 1° séjour a été aussi forte cette fois ci. Cette maison est très fonctionnelle, très bien située et les propriétaires d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous récidiverons certainement dans quelque temps.

Komfortables familienfreundliches Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und gut aufgeteilt. Die Lage ist auch top. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannender Sommerurlaub. Gerne wieder.......

La maison est agréable et très bien agencée,bien équipée,et parfaitement propre .Les hôtes sont accueillants et très aimables. La seule chose à signaler c’est qu’il faut un moyen de locomotion pour le ravitaillement. La mer,les rochers,la lumière c’est splendide!

Maison et lieu très bien

La cote de granite rose est superbe avec de belles balades, de beaux lieux, il y a de quoi visiter et se faire plaisir. La maison est super, extrêmement bien située, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, maigres une météo un peu dur pour une fin juillet. Les propriétaires sont au top également. Nous recommandons vivement.

Place to be an der Rosa Granit Küste

Ankommen und direkt wohlfühlen - nach einem perfekten und sehr persönlichen Check in bei Sabine haben wir ein toll ausgestattetes modernes Haus vorgefunden. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum romantischen Sandstrand ist wunderbar, um die Gezeiten der Bretagne zu genießen bis zum Sonnenuntergang hinter dem Leuchtfeuer am Horizont. Tregastel und die Umgebung lässt sich vom Haus mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erschließen.
