This is an absolutely great place to stay. We came to Gilbert to visit our grandchildren. They live nearby and the casita was perfect. It is spacious, well equipped. We were even able to park our car in the garage to avoid the it sitting in the sun. We will definitely book Roy’s place again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was very easy and offered plenty of privacy. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was well stocked with everything we needed. Just be sure to bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), as those aren’t provided.We stayed for a week, and it was the perfect home base after spending our days visiting friends and family. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus since we were able to pack lighter. We didn’t use the pool because our family has one, but it looked nice and is accessed through a secure gate.The garage parking was another great feature, and having a remote to open the gate made coming and going very convenient. The only minor issue we encountered was that the owner’s four small dogs slipped out through the gate a couple of times when we drove in. Fortunately, they ran straight to the front door, and the owner quickly let them back inside.Overall, this was a perfect place to stay for a week. Roy was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful enough to check in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Good communication with the host. Saw earlier comments about the driveway but we had no problems with our F250 HD truck. Bed was comfortable and everthing was in order. Very quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Great safe place to stay

This Casita is very nice with lots of fun decor. The space was clean an inviting. The owner did anything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The location is great ans we had quite nights to get a good nights rest.

The parking was great. Secure parking in the Casita garage or by it. It was in a gated fenced area. Everything you need for kitchen utensils. Everything was neat and tidy. The thing I found a little odd was the TV was only streaming so we had no access to over the air local channels so no local news or ABC, CBS, or NBC programming. So I was unable to see NCAA basketball championship as well.
