Chalet ground floor including a master bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet, a kitchen overlooking a spacious living room and a storage room.
1st floor, 2 separate rooms, a dormitory, a piece of 'transition', a bathroom with WC.
Large terrace, well equipped for the beautiful season. Cottage very well equipped, with all the comfort and all household appliances.
Chalet 7 km from Pra-Loup resorts or Sauze-Super-Sauze for winter activities and 10 minutes walk from the center of Barcelonnette. Perfect location for skiers and non skiers. In summer, many activities are proposed nearby very close. Golf next door.
