Upstairs under the roof with a double bed. Large velux windows, 24 m 2 gable terrace. Double glazing, closed courtyard. 8 km from Canihuel, 12 km from Quintin and St Nicolas du pélem. 23 km from Guingamp, Rostrenen, 35 km from St Brieuc.
