Very "cocoon" house, ideal for a stay alone, or in love, family, looking for calm, rest, walks, cultural visits, old houses, painting, drawing, photography.
Ideal in winter.

The house is located right next to the one where the film 'Chocolate' was filmed with Juliette Binoche and Johnny Depp.

The medieval village of Flavigny-Sur-Ozerain, is fully classified and is one of the most beautiful villages in France, on the site of the César camp during the siege of Alésia.

Landscapes of forests and walks, place of spirituality, welcoming village for artists, place of great architectural interest.
The village is popular as a tourist stay in Burgundy.
