We were in Orange County to help our son get settled in for college. This home was the perfect place to get away to and relax after the busy days. Great house in a great neighborhood

The house was very comfortable just like the pictures. Very comfortable for my family of 4 lots of great restaurants nearby also a 10 minute ride to the beach. Patricia is a great host very accommodating I highly recommend.

6 days for a Highschool baseball tournament

House was perfect for us (especially loved the high quality paper towels 😂 it’s the little things for me) Everything was great! House had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood. We spent time in Newport, Huntington Beach & downtown Disney in between baseball games. House is well stocked & had everything we needed to cook meals Airport is close but they don’t fly from midnight to 7am so it was a perfect alarm clock We would stay again Thank you

We liked our stay. Nice house, and had everything we needed with kitchen utensils, bathroom and laundry. Location is pretty great. Easy access to nature areas, shopping a short drive and freeways close to get to further away places. My only flags would be it's a on main road that's a mix of busy and quiet. Sound wasn't really an issue though. The house itself has a unit right below it so it's a shared driveway. Not a big issue for us and we had no problems but we didn't know about the other unit so that was a little surprise. Otherwise, nice house in a good location and has everything you need.

Quick Getaway

We enjoyed the house very much. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. Loved the back patio. Everything you would need is there, even the little things (soap, shampoo and conditioner, cotton balls). Patricia also has a basket of snacks on the counter for a quick pick-me-up. We would stay again.

Thanksgiving stay

The property was immaculate. We were there over a holiday and there were festive seasonal decorations. There were plenty of paper goods and the kitchen was well supplied with spices and basics, along with plenty of cooking pans and dining plates. The beds linens were warm (it was cold and raining during our stay) and the home decor was very pleasant. The property was well located for visiting family in the area.
