Great place for a ski weekend

The house was great for my family. It is located 2 minutes from Jack Frost, which made it very easy to go back and forth to the mountain. Highly recommend!

The owner is very responsive and wonderful to work with. The house, situated in a quiet development, is clean and comfortable. Perfect for a ski weekend at Jack Frost or a Fall get-away.

Lovely Place

We really enjoyed Natia's Home. My husband & I were on a long weekend for our anniversary and the place was quiet, clean & in a beautiful setting. The location was close to many things and offered a comfortable home like setting with privacy. I would recommend this location.

Nice place. Pretty clean. Some pans wer put away dirty, clean before using. Place is a little worn but comfortable. Beds are very good, no bumps or sinking. Host is very responsive. We would stay here again.

Overall we were very satisfied with the house. It was very clean with and the furniture was in good condition. The modern kitchen appliances worked great and there were adequate cookware and dishes. The host was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. However there were some areas that could be improved. Unfortunately there were no extra pillows for the beds in the supply closet or variation in firmness of the ones provided. We were disappointed to find that the fireplace was filled with previously burned log remnants and there were no supplies to make a fire onsite other than matches. Had we known we needed to supply wood or a duraflame log in advance it would have been no problem to do so. Finally the unit has definitely been used. There are areas where the wall paper is coming off the wall. Some of the blinds, while functional, are damaged and all of the doors squeak a lot. None of these issues detracted from the cleanliness or functionality but they did detract from the esthetics. This is not a ski in ski out unit being about a 5 minute drive from the main lodge at the mountain but with its close proximity and responsive host , I would consider staying again.

Pocono Peace

The house was clean, well appointed, lots of space, and very quiet. Enjoyed the back deck. There were plenty of supplies, including paper goods, trash bags, kitchen items, and linens. Home appears to have been updated not too long ago. Location was perfect for me. Visit old friends in Lake Harmony. Plan on coming back next November.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon to the Poconos Mountains, and we found this home to rent for a few days of our trip. Mind you we scheduled this trip 6 months in advance. We arrived at the rental property and had not received any communication regarding our stay and how to enter the home. So, we messaged the property manager trying to get access to the home and we heard nothing for over an hour and a half. Then once we entered the home, nothing was cleaned. There was trash in the cans, dirty towels in the bathroom, bed sheets balled up on the beds, pillows thrown around, and the list goes on. It was not cleaned. We chose to go to a hotel elsewhere, which now added a 30 minute commute to everything we had planned. This was upsetting, however we did get a refund. Ultimately, we were forgotten about and there was poor management skills in regards to the communication with us, and the cleaning crew. I would not recommend this property and I do not know how this is a verified host based off our experience. Luckily the rest of our trip was okay, however it was a rough start.

Great back deck. We stayed for just a couple days. We enjoyed the serenity and peacefulness. The property itself was good. Everything was provided (towels/soap/ trash bags) so that was nice. However, we couldn't find anyone to deliver food and the upstairs bedroom did not have a TV.

Lovely Chalet

Spacious home & well equipped with supplies for the kitchen, bathroom and fireplace. We even had a starter log for the fireplace! Very clean and comfortable. Natia responded to messages within minutes and was very accommodating. The village was quiet and perfect for walks on their trails. Nice place to go to enjoy your mountain getaway. We had everything we needed here. Plenty of blankets, kitchen utensils, towels, wonderful fireplace with wood, beds were comfortable. Needs to be updated but still cozy. Dryer needs work. Thank you for the time. Went hiking Hale Falls and Boulder Field close. Holy Ghost Distillery were all fun!

Wonderful stay

Property owner has two cameras- one at the front door and one at back door which is not disclosed in the listing. Owner watches the cameras and asked why people were entering and exiting the house often, called multiple times being confrontational, and even threatened to call the police. House smelt stuffy and like mildew. Expired milk and eggs were left in the fridge that we had to dispose of ourselves. Mattresses were not comfortable. Lastly, I would not say this house is not for 8 people... 6 comfortably, but max 7.

I appreciate my guest reviews it gives me good insight how to make my guests stay even more enjoyable. But I don’t appreciate distorted input. Unfortunately you didn’t read property details carefully and never paid attention to house rules which indicates that no parties allowed. Specially during of pandemic times. You never indicated truthfully how many guests will be occupying property, instead of 8 guests you put only 4 guests most likely to avoid extra charges, than pretended didn’t know how to update your reservation. You had too many guests entering house with multiple boxes packed with alcohol and beverages. You guys were getting ready to celebrate birthday party when house rules clearly against having parties.
