In the picturesque Burga valley, between the villages El Perelló and Rasquera you find this beautiful and spacious country house. Surrounded by olive and almond trees, you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the valley. And ... Animals are welcome!

Beautifully presented country house located in the picturesque Burga Valley. This spacious house of 80 m2 offers accommodation for up to 6 people and has free WiFi.

On the ground floor is an open living room with a well equipped kitchen to meet all your needs. In the living room is a comfortable double sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet downstairs.

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.

At the front of the house is a beautiful terrace ideal for alfresco dining while enjoying the tranquility of the valley.

The house is situated on its own grounds and has a private saltwater pool with terraces and a BBQ area.

The manager resides nearby in case you have questions or need help.

Just a short drive from this holiday home you will find El Perelló. There are all the necessary facilities, such as supermarkets, fishmongers, bakeries, bars, cafes, restaurants and on Saturdays there is a market.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Finca und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgelegen in den Bergen – für uns war genau das ein großer Pluspunkt. Wer Ruhe, Natur und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die wunderschöne und ruhige Lage hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.Die Finca selbst ist ausreichend groß und bietet sowohl drinnen als auch draußen viel Platz. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders schön fanden wir den großzügigen Außenbereich und den tollen Grillplatz, an dem wir gemütliche Abende verbringen konnten. Auch der Pool war ein echtes Highlight: sehr schön und ausreichend groß, um sich abzukühlen und entspannt ein paar Stunden dort zu verbringen.Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen nett, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man hat gemerkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich wichtig ist. Auch um die Wasserqualität und Pflege des Pools wurde sich regelmäßig gekümmert. Außerdem haben sie uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben.Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die unkomplizierte Verständigung: Die Vermieter sprechen Spanisch, Deutsch, Englisch und Niederländisch. Dadurch fühlt man sich als Gast direkt gut aufgehoben und kann sich ganz unkompliziert verständigen.Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe, die schöne Umgebung und die herzliche Betreuung sehr genossen.

Positiv muss man auf jeden Fall die Sauberkeit im Haus erwähnen. Auch die Lage ist grundsätzlich schön und wie beschrieben. Die Zufahrt ist allerdings abenteuerlich, insbesondere mit tieferen/beladenen Autos. Es gab allerdings auch einige Kritikpunkte. Der Dieselgenerator für den Pool läuft täglich von 11 bis ca 16 Uhr. In dieser Zeit hat man nicht viel von der ruhigen Lage. Wir hatten zudem das Pech, dass das Haus gegenüber ebenfalls genutzt wurde (wohl nur wenige Wochen im Jahr) und dort der Generator abends um 22 Uhr ansprang und bis etwa Mitternacht lief... Das Haus selber ist grundsätzlich schön, allerdings in der Ausstattung auch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse sind deutlich über ihre Lebensdauer im Einsatz und laden nicht zum langen Sitzen ein (Holzklappstühle ohne Auflagen). Ärgerlich waren jedoch die Betten! Es handelt sich um lose Lattenroste an die ein (nicht zuhehöriges) Kopfteil gestellt wurde. Matratzen und Topper haben es schon lange hinter sich. Gemütliches ausschlafen sieht leider anders aus, bei jedem umdrehen im Schlaf, hat es gequitscht und geknarrt. In der Küche war grundsätzlich alles notwendige vorhanden, eine Kaffeemaschine leider nicht. Diese haben wir gekauft und für Nachfolger stehen lassen. Der große und schöne Pool ist in unserer Zeit leider umgeschlagen und konnte 1 Tag nicht genutzt werden. Sowas passiert, auch wenn es doof ist. Mark und Ilse haben schnell reagiert. Am besten direkt Kontakt mit den Beiden aufnehmen

Schönes Haus in ländlicher Umgebung

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool, allerdings ohne die erwähnte Klimaanlage, stattdessen zwei Lüfter. Ausstattung ansonsten wie beschrieben. Ruhige, landschaftlich schöne Lage mit tollem Bergpanorama. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Hausverwaltern Mark, Ilse und Eddy. Einzige Nachteile: Zum einen der 500m lange, sehr holprige Zufahrtsweg - nicht geeignet für tiefergelegte Autos - und zum anderen der fehlende Anschluss ans Stromnetz. Die Photovoltaikanlage liefert nicht genügend Leistung, der Rest wird durch einen sehr lauten Dieselstromgenerator erzeugt, der die Ruhe mitunter zerstört. Alles in allem aber eine empfehlenswerte Ferienresidenz.

Hemos estado para sant juan, por el tema que mis perras tienen miedo a los petardos, y estuvimos muy tranquilos y sin ningún ruido de petardo. Muy recomendable para desconectar y estar en medio de la naturaleza. Volveremos pronto

A mejorar.

En general bien. Peroooooo hay cositas a mejorar como el camino de entrada a la casa. Información sobre los servicios.la televisión no tiene ni un canal en español.(mal ).pocas sabanas.pocas mosquiteras en las ventanas. Para el precio que cobran podría estar mucho mejor la casa. Aunque si que esta en la naturaleza si eso es lo bueno.

La ubicación es realmente hermosa, la carretera de acceso debe ser atendida por el municipio, que no ha podido hacerlo a tiempo antes de la temporada debido a las restricciones de Covid. Très reposant

Agréable séjour dans une belle petite maison bien décorée. Piscine salée et bleue, taille très correcte, parfait pour les enfants. Plages de crique à 20 minutes. Pas de vis à vis et très peu bruyant donc une vraie déconnection. On y retournera avec plaisir.

Nous avons passons une super semaine de vacances avec nos 3 enfants. La piscine est très agréable. Un retour aux sources avec cette maison dans un endroit montagneux très calme Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.
