Hi Kevin. I'm going to respond to your review in a very honest truthful manner. First of all, when I read it I was totally confused as to your claims of unclaimliness. After talking to the professional cleaning crew that we hire that is not a part of our business here, I found out exactly what happened. Until I read the review and talk to the company that I hire out for, I found out a few things that we're very unsettling to me. First of all, the girls that were cleaning said that your group came in hours earlier than scheduled and they have a policy that wants the group becomes coming in that they must leave immediately and that's what they did. Therefore, the head was unable to check the workout but having to leave hours earlier I'm sure they did miss a few things that you were so concerned about!! So I will have to defend them because they are good cleaners and I've never had any complaints like the complaints you gave me but after talking to my head cleaner, I completely understand. Secondly, and the agreement that you agreed to, you did say that you would definitely contact us if there was any issue in our house including the cleaning, and that was something you agreed to in which you never contacted us the entire time you were there so that is a major issue that you never addressed!! Thirdly, you said the house needed maintenance work well we have a maintenance man that's very qualified he takes care of all the maintenance issues but in your complaint about the maintenance you never once said what the maintenance issues were and you gave me the impression that there were many issues that needed to be addressed. I honestly cannot see one thing that lacks maintenance at the house in which not only my maintenance man takes care of everything but I go there many times and I have not seen anything that my maintenance man has missed as everything works and so I was befuddled as to what you meant when it needs a lot of maintenance. Yes, as we stayed in our profile, we make sure that you know everything about the house and we don't sugarcoat our home but we say exactly what it's all about and I have no doubt my mind that because there was no upgrading that you wanted a upscale home which this is definitely not!! I will say that I've never had a skating review like this before and I've been in business for 34 years and I'm sorry that you hadn't contacted me when you were there because I thought everything was perfect but after reading that review, I was totally shocked and stunned!! I'm very sorry that you felt the way you did and I just wish you would have contacted us so we could have discussed this because I had no idea you were dissatisfied until I read the review. Without your group coming in so early and discussing what repairs you felt needed to be done, this would have never happened and I'm very sorry that you felt the way that you did. Sincerely, Larry

I want to thank you graciously for your kind review as to how much you like the house and your kind words about communication, etc. Also, after finding out it was the stairway from the house down to the garage that needed some attention, I apologize for that is our cleaners don't usually take care of that but I'm going to talk to them to make sure that they pay complete attention to the stairway from now on. After reading your review, I was really disappointed because I thought my cleaners and or my maintenance man was not doing his job but after finding out that the problem was that You were dissatisfied because the area to the garage and the garage was not cleaned which is not part of the cleaning process and so I do apologize that that was the reason for your dissatisfaction was that the area to the garage and the garage was not cleaned which is not part of the cleaning regimen. Furthermore, I went in with my maintenance man to check everything within the living quarters of the house and everything was working perfectly so we have no idea why there was dissatisfaction with the part in the review that stated that things weren't working etc. And if she found something that wasn't working, we State specifically to contact us immediately which we never were except she did ask for a duster which she admitted was needed for the garage, which, as stated previously, is not part of the the cleaning regiment. We are very sorry that you were unhappy with the cleaning of the garage and once again every single thing in the house worked as my maintenance man and I double-checked everything. Thank you though for your kind words about the other things about the house that you appreciated. We try our hardest to make everybody happy but unfortunately sometimes it's very difficult too.

Your review of our home was very welcomed and appreciated as you did state many things we feel the same way about the home. Also, I want to thank you for acknowledging to me when we talked, that the cobwebs that your son found were at the bottom of the stairs in the garage as now you are aware that our professional cleaning service does not incorporate the garage as part of their cleaning duties! Also, it is considerate of you to acknowledge that we fixed the hot tub leak and brought towels over almost immediately! Once again, thank you very much for describing the home the way you did!!!!
