We also would like separate washer and dryer but in reality there is not enough space in the apartment to have both hence the compromise. There is a set of instructions in German but we try to provide a basic set in English. We are so pleased that you found the apartment to your liking and thank you, for booking with us.

Thank you for taking the time to write the review. We are pleased you enjoyed the area and made good use of the Hochkönig cards. You booked the apartment for three people and we provided you with three sets of clean, fresh sheets and towels. The double bed, as it states in the description, is made up of two full sized single mattresses and therefore you had the equivalent of a full sized single bed to sleep on. The pillows were brand new at the start of this year and whilst the pillow protectors may be a little discoloured, I doubt that they were dirty. We are aware that the blinds occasionally break and have at home a new set to replace them, along with a new carpet and more new bedding but due to Covid we have not been able to get across to the apartment since January. The shower door was checked by the caretaker within 3 hours of you reporting the issue and found no problem. Thank you if you fixed it. The apartment is our holiday home and not part of a chain of hotels. The furniture is not ultra modern but as you can clearly see from the photos on the website it is not quite old and if you did not like it, why book? We try our best to provide a clean tidy apartment at a fair price and are sorry that we did not meet your standards on this occasion.
