Located in one of the most desirable communities of Lake Norman, Sandy Shore is convenient to shopping, dining and all the fun around the Lake Norman area — by road and by water.

The large open living and kitchen areas with a walk-out to the patio area offer the perfect spot for gathering with family and friends. The main level also includes 2 king beds with ensuite baths as well as a queen and 5 twins in a custom built bunk bed. A luxurious spa-like masters' retreat on the upper level boasts a unique tiger wood balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the serene views of the lake.

Situated on a large flat lawn, the outdoor living areas abound with a patio with dining, sitting areas, a hot tub, and a large beach for easy access in and out of the water.

StayLakeNorman has a great selection of high performance tritoons available for rent — with over 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore, your stay is not complete without a boat.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 13; maximum daytime occupancy is 20.The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

Sandy Shore is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Also enjoy nearby golf, hiking, NASCAR races, whitewater rafting center, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America!
