The house was perfect for our stay. Clean and spacious enough for a family of 3. The location can’t be beat, we were close to good restaurants and shopping, all while being a short drive to most of the places we wanted to visit. We were able to check in early which was super convenient.
Host was very easy to deal with. Property was clean and stocked as described. In a busy neighborhood with lots of things within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.
The house is in a great location (except the taco street across the street). Things were clean and there was plenty of space for our belongings which I always appreciate over too many decore items. Would happily stay again.
For nearly three years, 438 has been a home away from home when I visit my teenage daughter. As she heads off to college, those times will becoming to a close. This is a wonderful Vrbo property that is perfect for a one-time visit to Dallas, or for your home away from home when visiting family in the area.
This place is perfect as a base for touring Dallas. Also great just to chill and enjoy the walkable little neighborhood of classic arts and crafts cottages, artisan shops and cafes. Not for large groups or big parties. Hosts are amazing, friendly and responsive.
We loved the space! It is in a great location close to all the Bishop Arts happenings! I am an Oak Cliff native, so I was thrilled to find this gem in my neighborhood.
Perfect for our quick weekend trip to Dallas. Loved that it was so close to shops, restaurants and bars in Bishop Arts/Oak Cliff area of Dallas. Happy that it provided off street parking in a private drive.
I really hate giving this place such a great review because then everyone else books it and I have hard time getting availability! Haha! It's really an awesome place to stay with great hosts and a fantastic location for family, friends, and adults. When I'm in Dallas, I always try booking here first.
Everything was great. The only issue was the late night noise by some of the surrounding establishments. If you are a light sleeper you may want to consider this.
In town for weekend to attend Jets/Cowboys game. Home as advertised. Neighbor was fun and was completely walkable. Host was available, responsive and very nice. This included allowing me a late checkout once he found out my flight was delayed.
Wonderful, it was close to the convention center that we travelled to go to. Didn’t list on the site that it was a duplex or I didn’t notice any information or mention of it
We had a really nice time in Bishop Arts- and the home was one block down from all the restaurants, bars, ice cream and gift shops which was perfect for our stay. Entering and parking at the property was a breeze. Heating and A/C worked great. Updates to the home were very nice, and beds were comfortable. Would have liked some better pans and options for more home cooking, but we made due just fine. Overall great stay and would come again if we visit Dallas again.
Perfect location for us to visit our daughter who lives in Bishop Arts. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops which made it very convenient. House was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Only downside was how loud the Taquiera across the street was one night - as in shake the walls loud. It sounded like they were having a massive dance party that went pretty late. We still wouldn't hesitate to stay at this place again when visiting the area.
