Between Angers, Tours and Le Mans, 10 minutes from La Flèche and its zoo, 10 km from Le Lude , come and relax by the river and the pool in summer and enjoy the wood stove in winter: charm, comfort, authenticity, absolute silence will be the assets of your stay.
This 45 m2 cottage is ideal for a couple… with baby or young child
The beams, the old tiles, the limed walls, the harmony of the colors used and the shapes created, patchwork on the wall, plaids and wood fire: warm atmosphere for peaceful evenings. Mezzanine bedroom, large walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, shaded terrace overlooking the pool.
In a wooded park bordered by the river, built on the site of an old water mill, you will be brought to musarder along the bief, to stroll through the bamboos, to relax on the deckchairs or in the swimming pool surrounded by greenery.
From the mill, you will have the choice between several hiking trails that mark the town, you can visit the sheepfold of the village or take by bike a whole series of small country roads that criss-cross the region.
We are 45 minutes from Saumur, Angers, Tours and Le Mans, 10 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche, enough to enhance your days by visiting the castles of the Loire, troglodytes, wine cellars, museums (24heures du Mans, wood and forest, aviation...), remarkable gardens (such as Petit Bordeaux)...
Sports side, many possibilities are available to you: Canoeing, sailing, hiking, horseback riding, golf (3 beautiful golf courses near the mill), tennis...
