Architect house with very nice view of the Gulf of Morbihan, very close by footpath, near the port, the beaches, the town center and hiking trails.

house built on 140 m2 on large plot of 2000 m² with century-old oaks in a quiet subdivision at the end of a dead end.
Large living room with cozy fireplace, 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor, 2 on the garden level with each 1 double bed, but possibility of 2 single beds of 80 cm in one bedroom), 2 bathrooms, large terrace with table and barbecue in the garden. Wireless .
