Anna Maria Paradise - Private Pool & Canal front

Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with direct access to Anna Maria Canal and private heated pool overlooking the water. Take a kayak ride right off your private dock area or cast a fishing pole and catch dinner. This home has lots of space and is ready for you to come enjoy all of what the island has to offer.

The home has an open floor plan and it is about 1,700 sq ft. My favorite spot of the house is the private outdoor shower with hot/cold water which is ideal to rinse off after spending your day enjoying the beach/pool. Additionally, the sliding glass door leads to the screened lanai area and outdoor patio where you will find a beautiful heated pool overlooking the water, outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area complete with oversized umbrella, gas grill, lounge chairs, etc.

That is why a few years ago after a search for the perfect getaway we decided to acquire a little piece of paradise on beautiful Anna Maria island. It is a very special place with a small town feeling and pristine white sand beaches and we love to host visitors from all around the world in our cozy home.
