The Freier family recently purchased this cabin after dreaming about it for years. Long time renters of the area fell in love with the location and beach and from there found the perfect log cabin to call home and of course wanted to share with everyone else as well.

Property is located on the Gold Coast of Alcona County. Named appropriately for its golden sand bar and beaches that stretch for miles. Walk out hundreds of yards from shore. Perfect for swimming at all ages.

This cabin is on the exclusive and prestigious North Lake Shore Drive of Black River/Harrisville, Michigan.

Lake Huron is just across the country road with views of the blue waters and expansive skys. Cabin comes with shared deeded access to Lake Huron, a stones throw from the cabin to possibly one of the most desirable beaches in Michigan.

**DNR Boat Launch at Black River mouth: This boat ramp is located where the Black River meets Lake Huron. Nice family friendly park. Channel has a depth of 3 to 4 feet. Dock is good for < 21ft boats. Channel usually gets dredged annually.
