Southern Dream at Paradise Village

Southern Dream is the perfect vacation home for all ages! Located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village at Zion complex, you will find beauty and fun around every corner. Within a short drive of multiple National and State parks, bike paths right outside your front door, and resort style amenities; there will never be a dull moment during your stay at Southern Dream!

Southern Dream is a tastefully decorated 5 bedroom / 5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 14 guests, or up to 17 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress and a twin foam mat. Spend your days challenging each other to ping pong tournaments, games of spike ball, cornhole, pickleball, and games on the Xbox 360! Take full advantage of the Paradise Village Resort amenities and lounge poolside or play at the waterpark. You will love cooking in this fully equipped kitchen or barbequing on the back porch under the seating desert sun. For dessert, roast marshmallows around the fire on the balcony to make delicious smore's! End the day with a family game night and play one of the many board games provided or host a movie night with a Smart TV, and sound bar, ; it will be a movie experience like no other! No matter how you spend your vacation, you will make timeless memories while staying at Southern Dream!

Family get-away

This was a perfect place to stay with little kiddos. The place was super close to the pool, less than 30 sec walk. It was stocked with so many games, legos, puzzles to keep the little ones busy. Would def stay again!

We really enjoyed this house. The common space was excellent. The kitchen was nice…maybe not as well stocked with some items that we've had in other properties, but still nice. The hot tub was probably the cleanest one of all the properties we've stayed in. We would recommend this house to others with similar sized group as ours. Red Sands is by far the best vacation rental company that we have ever used. They are always very quick to respond to any problems or questions and very professional and courteous.

Great Stay

The house is very open with plenty of room for our group of 16. Very clean and the kids loved the pool. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Great Family Stay

Our larger three generation family enjoyed our stay so much! Beautiful and immaculate home with great activities for kids. Some even chose to use the play pool in December weather! Highly recommend this rental.

Amazing home with everything you need

Great check in property, the pool was just behind the house so it made for quick trips to the water. Home was well stocked with everything you could need. Close to groceries, restaurants and all the fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren had a blast at the pool - especially the slides and the lazy river. The kitchen was thoughtfully organized and stocked with all of the needed utensils. Also very close to biking trails and Snow Canyon. Being close to the Harmons was also a plus.

Great family fun

We had a great stay and loved this house. It was well stocked in the kitchen, it had tons of board games, outside toys, and the location was perfect to head to the water park. This house was perfect for a family with kids. The management company was prompt answering questions and always helpful. I would easily recommend staying here.

Great family getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Paradise Village. The house was very nice - spacious and clean, fully stocked with some nice extras for the kids. The water park pool was pretty crowded during the day, but really nice in the evening. The other pool was also nice and less crowded. We would rent in a Paradise Village again.

Spring Break Fun

We love coming to this neighborhood. Grear location. This was a great house with extra amenities. It was nice having our own hot tub on the cooler Spring nights without having to walk over to the pools.
