Beachy villa on Siesta Key that makes you feel like you're REALLY on vacation! Located on the ground level so no stairs to carry beach gear up. Walking distance to two beautiful white sand Siesta Key beach access points to enjoy the day and then go back to enjoy an amazing sunset on the beach. Screened in private lanai/porch to relax, read or eat in while still enjoy being outdoors. Walking distance to many great restaurants, stores & marina/activities. The Heated pool is great after a day at the beach. Covered carport parking keep your car out of the sun. There's a free shuttle stop close by to explore all of Siesta Key.

Exceptionally clean villa with brand new furniture, linens & beddings, all new towels, appliances & utensils. There is a King size bed with en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen size bed, twin bed and a twin size roll our bed. The sofa has a queen pull out bed. Living room and all bedrooms have cable and smart TV's. There are two full bathrooms in the villa.

The Villa is close to all that Siesta Key has to offer. From the Villa, you have an easy 7 minute walk to a grocery store, the famous Captain Curt's, Clayton's Siesta Grill, Toasted Mango Cafe, Anna's Deli, Ice Cream Shop and many other great restaurants, and shops. You are also close to CB''s Island Outfitters where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, boats and find all your fishing gear.

Only 45 min from Tampa International (TPA) airport, 20 min from Sarasota Bradenton International (SRQ) airport, and 1 hour 10 min from Fort Myers International (RSW) airport. It's a great area to enjoy a beach vacation!

Great stay

Great stay in Siesta Key! Walk to beach easy. Nice restaurants nearby (loved spearfish and big water fish grill carryout!). The neighborhood was nice and the outdoor screened porch was visible to other houses but actually felt really quiet and private. Perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktail :)

This is a very nice location, close to the beach and Main Street but yet far enough away that it’s quiet! The unit was very clean an organized and great for someone that is OCD:)) The owners were very kind and quick response. You won’t be disappointed

This place was fantastic! Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby!

I would highly recommend this rental. Plenty of space, clean and a definite beach vibe. This villa had a ton of beach accessories that we used including a beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas. And the beach is right across the street! Thanks again for a wonderful trip!❤

Great location and most of the amenities we expected from a beach villa

seamless on line communication and check in. clean and comfortable beds & furniture. Lots of beach equipment but Would have been nice to have a couple of bikes and a grill as there was only one community grill for the whole community
