This Mustang Royale Property is the perfect place for rest and relaxation!

This cottage-style beach house has a master bedroom (BR1) that features a king-size bed and a dresser in the closet for your beach attire. with an ensuite bathroom. The Master bathroom has double vanities and a stand-alone shower. (BR2) has a queen-size bed (BR3) has a full/queen bunk bed and share a bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked, including a Wet Bar to the side and a Keurig. The kitchen includes extra bar seating as well. The kitchen opens up to the dining room with seating for 5 and a large living area with a comfortable sleeper sofa, an 80" flat-screen TV, and plenty of room for entertaining. Cable TV and Wi-Fi access are available. A stackable washer/dryer unit is tucked neatly away in a hall closet for your use. An outdoor deck wraps around the front and side of the home. The garage has been converted into a game room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and TV (with Roku). Step in the backyard and enjoy a coastal oasis with your Tiki bar and Rooftop Deck. Mustang Royale has a Community Pool, and you can walk to the beach or drive your golf cart on the boardwalk.

We traveled here from Iowa with a family of 5. It was perfect for our family and the photos do not do this place justice! It was very clean and in a very quiet neighbor hood. Just a quick 2 minute drive on the golf cart and you were at the beach. The hot tub was perfect as we utilized this every night after a long day at the beach. The game room just has a simple foosball table and that was about it. We didn’t have any time or desire to spend any time in there. It did include beach toys and a beach chair that was perfect! This is an easy 5/5 rating. If I had any future requests, it would be amazing if it has a propane grill as we just didn’t have anytime for a charcoal grill. Thank you for the amazing home and we will be back to stay here again next year!

Perfect home!

This was the perfect house for our little family getaway! It was even better in person than the pictures in the post! Only two houses down from the community pool which was very convenient with the kids. Great communication with the owners. Would love to come back again soon!

Really loved staying here

We all enjoyed staying in this house. The Game Room didn't have a fan, so it was extremely hot, but our granddaughter could play in there for short periods of time. Having the golf cart every day was really a plus. We are already talking about going there next year.

Very nice spot for our vacation

Everything was as described in the listing of this property. Had plenty of space for the six people that we had staying in the house.Loved having a golf cart included with our reservation that was why I chose this property to begin with. There was plenty plates and silverware and pots and pans to cook with. There were just a few things that may want to be address in the future.The king bed could have been more comfortable. Maybe just add a mattress pad or something. Mine and my husband's back were both very sore after our 3 night stay. And there were so many ants outside it made it hard to enjoy our time outside.

The best Port Aransas trip yet!

We took our three boys and mom to Mustang Island this past weekend and we absolutely adored this property. It was so big and there were so many spaces for the kids to hang out inside and out, it just made it the best vacation ever! Not to mention we got a free day with the golf cart and it was super convenient getting to and from the beach. The hot tub was wonderful and the deck above the garage was amazing. We spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the beautiful porch and flowers everywhere and in the back chilling and hanging with family.

Great house and neighborhood

My family loved staying at this house. It was exactly as represented. I do recommend springing for the golf car or you can just plan to drive to the beach. It's possible to walk through the neighborhood and have access to the beach but it's a bit of a hike on foot (10-15 min walk).

Cute and Comfy!

Booking = EASY Check-In = FAST and EASY The house is super nice, clean, and welcoming. The location is perfect and the neighborhood quiet. The listing is very accurate and the pics are exactly what you get. We had a great time at Breezy Palms. The wrap-around porch was perfect for morning coffee and the house was nice and cool after a fun day at the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for meals in. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would love to stay here again the next time I come to Port Aransas!

End of summer trip

From the moment I picked up keys at the front desk the experience was amazing. Clean spacey area. Perfect for everyone to have their own space. Only problem was the bunk bed room. For an adult to climb up those metal bars was uncomfortable and is not made for a full figured 5’8 person. We had to make sure the ceiling fan was off

No water upon arrival. Turned off again on 3rd day. Living room furniture not very comfortable. Had coffee pods, but no kurig coffee maker. Management was super in working to get water turned back on. Would use company again, but different house. .

Beach weekend

The size of the house, location, and including the golf cart was all great! Check-in was easy. However, the house could have been cleaner upon arrival- some visible stains on pillows, hot tub could use a good scrub, floor felt dirty. Welcome basket would have been a nice touch if there had been anything in it but it was empty. Only providing one small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a large house with lots of people for multiple days is pretty crazy. Living space is really big and spacious, but the couch is really small so not a lot of room for all of the people to hang out together. Listing photos show two bedrooms with queen beds but one was actually a bunkbed so would update photos to be more accurate.

Setup/layout was nice, had lots of amenities but fell just short. We picked this place based on what was listed and offered yet didn't get 100% and management failed to compensate us for the things we didn't get. Wonderful home

Property management are quick to get back with you. We had a few hiccups but management fixed them right away. The home is very beautiful on the inside well kept, had plates, cups, and other utensils. Has a charcoal grill and cute bar in the backyard with a roof top deck and a margarita blender. Water in the shower are reversed so hot is cold and cold is hot my kids took cold showers first day oops. Hot tub was extremely dirty water was cloudy and lots of sand. We decided not to use it. So that’s why we gave it 4 stars. But we will be returning.

Time for upgrades

This place needs an overall reno. The master bed was SO uncomfortable! The hot tub didnt work and after multiple communications with the property manager, apparently the owner just never changed the heating elements. The master shower is disgusting with mildew. The front doors are so rotted that a 5 year old could break in. The game room is a joke. The kitchen has BARE basics. I would not recommend this place until they invest the time and money to upgrade and renovate.

We stayed here mainly because it has a private hot tub and a free golf cart and it was well worth it! Just because of those things we would stay here again. It was just my husband and I so we only used the primary bedroom. The bed was way too soft and I like soft. However, I would prefer too soft over too hard. It was so soft it got hot. The other negative was there were sugar ants in the kitchen. They came out when the faucet was turned on. Then we noticed them in drawers and in the dishwasher. You definitely need a golf cart for the beach and it was nice that the golf cart came with it. We visited in November and the hot tub was perfect. It was the best time of year to visit. Not crowded and great weather. I’m sure the sugar ant problem will be fixed. We did report it once we left as it wasn’t a huge deal to us to have it fixed while we were there but it might be a big deal to someone else. The amenities are well worth it and we would be back. My new favorite weekend getaway!
