Sunny, airy and functional 2nd floor corner apartment renovated in 2018 and refurbished in 2019, with 3 bedrooms (one of which can be turned into a living and/or dining area), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area/hall, 2 bathrooms (one private) and a long corner balcony, also serving as an extra dining area. All rooms have seaside view. Suggested for 1 family, or 2 small families, or 3 couples.

We have taken precautionary measures in relation to covid-19, such as wall antiseptics in shared corridors, thorough cleaning and ventilation, gloves, masks, etc.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Containing quality IKEA sofa beds for extra space flexibility (hosting up to 8 people), 3 air-conditioners, a 43’’ full HD smart TV, a 32’’ full HD TV, a 24’’ full HD TV, aller-retour switches in every room, an extra sofa-bed in the balcony, free wi-fi 100Mbps, a radio/MP3/DVD player, a portable Bluetooth radio-usb mp3 speaker, a huge music collection, kids’ toys and much more… (a fully detailed description can be found in the photo containing the floor plan with a memo). Also in the apartment you will find a house guide and extra info about taverns etc. Also available: One car parking spot at the piloti, an extra communal shower (at the piloti) and a public shower at the beach in front of the house.
The apartment is friendly for kids and suggested for families with children and babies. In the apartment there are some toys and books for small children and babies, playpen, chair for babies, etc.
Dionisiou is generally quiet place, best for families. The apartment is located only a few steps from a sandy beach, close to the village square, beach bars and tavern area, supermarket, bakery and open public market for fruits and vegetables every evening. Also 3-5 minutes by car you can find a Lidl. If you want night life you can go at Nea Flogita (only 5 minute by car) or at Kalithea, one of the centers of night life in Halkidiki (only 20 minute by car). Apart from summer activities and events found in Paralia Dionisioυ, the easy access to the Nea Moudania health centre and other public services and summer events, a walk for a drink to the famous Ikos Oceania resort, a trip around Mount Athos with the 20 monasteries are worth mentioning. Of course, all the rest of Halkidiki is close for daily trips to discover other beaches and sights. In summation, an ideal destination for short or long relaxing holidays.
