Enjoy Sunrise views over the Apalachicola River from this 3rd floor condo's spacious veranda. French doors lead from the living area and the Queen Master bedroom suite. The 2nd bedroom features a Double bed and Full bath. A Queen-sized sleeper is also available. Enjoy our many locally owned and operated restaurants or Cook in our Full kitchen and dine Al Fresco on your private screened porch. Free Wi-Fi, flat screened TV's, Washer/Dryer included. Complex elevator, pool and fitness center. Have your fishing guide pick you up out front at the dock. Nightly Rate $219 + 10% sales tax, Cleaning Fee paid by guest. Weekly (7 nights for the price of 6) No discount for longer stays.  Privately owned. Great Location, close to downtown and great bar next door. Good docking facilities.

Wonderful trip!

We love Apalachicola. We stayed a week for my husband’s birthday. Who could ask for more than to sit on the porch and watch the river. We ate fantastic seafood. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. We look forward to returning.

Nice outdoor space facing the river. You can watch the boats coming in and going out.

Absolutely Gorgeous property. It was on Creek with boat docks, fishing boats going by...just perfect. Condo is beautifully decorated. My friends stayed in other cottages around town but ours was the nicest. It had a pool and a screened in porch. We really loved this place. Can't wait to come again.!

The condo was very relaxing and cozy and both beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with most of what you might need to cook a lovely meal for yourself and family. You may want to bring your own stock pot for steaming shrimp or for cooking pasta as there was not one available for our use. We loved sitting on the screened balcony (big plus for us) watching the fish jump and the boats come and go. We especially loved watching the shrimp boats passing by. There were many nice shops to visit in town as well as a couple of beautiful parks to visit. We definitely recommend this condo especially if you are looking for a wonderful place to relax. We will be back in the very near future and will request this unit again.

Fishing Trip

We loved our stay in Appalachicola like always. Check in process was a little frustrating. Property manager was absolute about “No early check-ins….don’t ask” policy. Hotel was nice and quiet. Elevator was broken all weekend and when you have a 3rd floor room that is not good especially with a senior citizen as part of your group. However, it is a beautiful place right on the bay with pretty close proximity to downtown.

Home on Scipio Creek

Best view in town- shrimp boats and others up and down Scipio Creek, especially nice while having breakfast. Furnishing is old but serviceable. Very quiet. Units are well insulated from each other. No toiletries. Bring your own hand soap, shampoo, etcLove it. Been there 6-7 times

Fantastic view

Needed a place to accommodate 2 couples for the weekend. This place worked. One bedroom was a little small (we knew that when we booked) but had it's own bathroom. Living area was spacious , view overlooking the river was great. Easy walking distance to downtown. Will be back.

this unit was on the third floor so the view of the river and marshes was great. It is in the Waterfront Hotel, so did have some visitor activity from either other rentals or the hotel itself- a little bit of a challenge if you have a rowdy neighbor or unhappy dog next door, but that's out of our control! AC worked great! Appliances and tubs may be in need of a refresh soon, but everything was clean.
