In CANET Plage, right in the centre, a private owner is renting a 23 m² studio for 4 people in a residence.
Air-conditioned, featuring a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a separate toilet, and a “balcony” 50 cm wide by 3 metres long FACING THE SEA with a view of the Albères mountain range. (See photo of the view from the apartment)

The BEACH is 10 metres away, and the apartment is 150 metres from Place Méditerranée, where the main summer shows and events take place, as well as all the shops and the market.

Personalised welcome directly from the owners; flexible check-in and check-out times available. Self-check-in and check-out are also possible upon request, including for late arrivals.

4th and top floor without an lift… perfect for staying in shape and for all body types! And a magnificent ocean view as your reward! A large sliding glass door has just been installed, making the view even more beautiful than in the photo!
We can help you carry your luggage up and down and meet you at the bus stop if you’re arriving by train and bus, for example.

microwave, mini-oven, 2 ceramic cooktop burners, top-freezer refrigerator, electric coffee maker, full set of dishes, kitchen utensils, electric grill. 80-cm flat-screen TV, mini stereo system with radio, CD, MP3, and USB.

Spacious and bright bathroom:

80 cm shower, washing machine, hair dryer, iron.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, provided they are house-trained and quiet.

100 metres from all shops via the pedestrian path.

Markets three times a week.
Night market every evening from mid-June to mid-September.
Blue Flag-certified beach.
