Situated in an ideal location, southern exposure pool/spa and recently completely renovated inside! Just 1 block to the beach and just 1 block to Pine Avenue, which has quaint beach shops, local restaurants, and even a make-your-own donuts shop! Upon your arrival you'll find classic white rocking chairs on the front porch, inviting you to slow down and join us on "island time" for the duration of your stay! It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax at the end of the day.

This home has been updated with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and it is professionally decorated full of beachy charm. Beach Breeze has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus and an additional private bedroom and bathroom located in a separate structure at the back of the property. The property is so inviting and bright with lots of windows to let in the beautiful Florida sun! There are a total of 3 king beds and two sets of bunk beds, plus one with a trundle. The living room also has a sleeper sofa. The home has a private heated pool with spa, and the perfect outdoor setting with a dining table and BBQ grill for guest use. The private pool area is stunning with a new deck and lush tropical landscaping surrounding. And, when you're ready to head to the beach, beach towels and chairs are provided. It is a fabulous beach cottage to enjoy with family and friends.

-Second Bedroom: King bed, access to the hallway bathroom
-Third Bedroom: 2 Twin Bunk beds, one pull-out Trundle, shared access to full hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination
-Fourth Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom in the private separate structure off the pool deck

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
