In Louannec, at the end of a dead end, in a very quiet area overlooking the sea, this villa has direct access to a sandy beach and pebble GR34 and the CĂŽte de Granit Rose.
Unobstructed view of the island of birds and the island Tomé in the Bay of Perros-Guirec.

As soon as you walk into the property the view wows you. Aside from the view (which is stunning) the property is light, spacious, peaceful and well equipped. There is lots of outdoor space and opportunities to enjoy the view. Being the last property on the lane adds to the quiet and peacefulness. There is another property behind but the main neighbours were the horses in the field next door. The GR34 footpath is easy to access through the gate at the bottom of the garden - great to be able to get straight on to it. We had a lovely meal at L'Arbricotier Creperie (about a 15 minute walk) and the Boulangerie - Patisserie in Louannec was great for sandwiches and cake.

Super nette Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet auch einiges an Spielsachen fĂŒr Kinder. Die Aussicht war super und es war einfach gemĂŒtlich in dem Haus. Der Weg vom Haus zum Strand ist fĂŒr ganz kleine Kinder etwas steil und schwierig, aber mit dem Auto sind auch viele StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he schnell zu erreichen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in dem schönen Haus mit dem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer, dem Spiel der Gezeiten und Wolken verbracht. Immer wieder neue EindrĂŒcke durch diese verblĂŒffende Aussicht. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlt einfach nichts. Die Gastgeber, Corinne und Jean-Michel sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit in allen Belangen und immer gut aufgelegt. Wir können das alles nur weiterempfehlen und sind froh, so eine erlebnisreiche Zeit dort verbracht zu haben. Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Sehr gepflegtes, bestens ausgestattetes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht!! Das Haus ist viel schöner, als auf den Fotos. Es liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, direkt am KĂŒstenwanderweg und hat einen eigenen Strandzugang. Es herrscht wirklich himmlische Ruhe. Die Vermieter, Corinne und Jean Michel, sind unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Deren Freundin Nadia kam extra zum dolmetschen. BĂ€cker, Metzger und kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Der Ort Louannec ist sehr gepflegt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung. Es war eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche, vielen Dank!!!

Schönes Haus mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht

Das Haus ist optimal gelegen in erster Reihe zur Bucht mit Zugang ans Meer ĂŒber eigenem Garten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr eine unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfbereit.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit fantastischem Rundumblick aufs Meer. Man kann sich hier nur wohlfĂŒhlen, in der Veranda sitzt man wie im Freien, nur ohne Wind und Regen. Es gibt in der Umgebung unglaublich viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Die KĂŒste abwechslungsreich, sie macht sĂŒchtig, man will immer wissen, wie sieht es hinter der nĂ€chsten Ecke aus. Der Strand Greve blanche, gleich hinter Tregastel, ist unglaublich schön. WochenmĂ€rkte in nĂ€chster NĂ€he fast an jedem Wochentag. Den besten Fisch gibt es Dienstags in Paimpol, der optisch schönste Markt, ist fĂŒr uns Samstags in Morlaix.
