Small town house, classified 3 STARS, fully restored, located in the center of the village, close to shops and the sea.
This house is at the bottom of a dead calm.
Its openings are located south.
The small access terrace is equipped with a table with 2 chairs

1 living room of 20m2 with sofa bed (allowing to receive 2 additional people) with wood stove and electric convectors in each room bringing all the comfort in all seasons.
Television and Wi-Fi Internet connection
1 new kitchen including, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hood, refrigerator and table for 4 to 6 people (+ extensions)
1 bathroom with spacious shower, sink and washing machine.
