Wildlife watching encouraged, deer feeder on premises. Many birds to watch. Guests free to roam around the 10 acre property. Golf cart may be available if needed. Private covered parking. Cleaning Fee for Weekend Rentals is $40.00. Extended stay cleaning fee is $50.00/weekly. No trash left outside. Trash may be put in back of Owners truck for disposal. Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice full refund. Week ahead: 1/2 refund. Guest Checklist is located on coffee bar. No inside pets. Owner suffers from pet allergies. Outside large fenced kennel available.
