About this property

Located in the sunny & quiet part of Park Pacifica, our home feels tucked away yet is just 20min drive from San Francisco & SFO. 8 min drive to the beach and shops. The house is surrounded by trees giving it a cozy and secluded atmosphere, where you can relax after a day of activities.

Our cozy home is a perfect vacation getaway for families and groups. The hot tub is maintained daily, the kitchen is fully stocked and dishwasher equipped. There is free parking right in front of the house too.

This is a listing for the entire main floor of the house for the private space below. (See floor plan in photo album).

Our parents live in a completely separate unit with separate entrance and yard in the basement next to the garage. So there will not be any interference with the space listed above. They do not share any space with you.

***Parking***
We leave the parking space in front of the house for our guests. You can check with us if you want to park on the driveway.

***Sleeping Arrangement***
The queen beds in both rooms can accommodate 4 adults. In addition, one queen size air mattress can be set up in the living room for 2 persons. The couch can also accommodate 1 adult. All extra bedding can be found in the hallway closet.

-This is a fair secluded neighborhood, no commuting routes unless driving out to Highway 1. Therefore this area is really safe and quiet compare to living in San Francisco.

-5 min to hiking trail

We have a smart lock at the main entrance, you will get the passcode prior to checking in.
Your rooms also have keyed locks.
No access to the basement and garage.

Met our needs

We enjoyed the stay for the most part. Hot tub was nice. The owners had quite a few rules surrounding quiet time and no shoes in the house. Also, there are people living downstairs only separated by an interior door, so it was less private than desired. We were a little nervous when we saw someone in the backyard when arriving after dark one night and could hear beepers and dishes being unloaded and people taking into the night. Overall clean. The distance to downtown San Francisco is about 50 minutes by car one way.

Nice place to call home for a week

We had a wonderful time in Pacifica. The place was tucked away in an ocean side village. Easy access to everything. Great accommodations and very comfortable living arrangements. The hot tub was nice and the kitchen was very functional and allowed us to enjoy making breakfast. Thanks for the eggs!! Would highly recommend this place.
