Deluxe apartment with balcony, pool, fitness, yoga
Fully furnished, modern and comfortable air-conditioned newly renovated apartment close to local markets, convenience stores, bookshops, coffeehouses and restaurants. The apartment building offers many benefits for free like swimming pool, kids playground, rooftop garden, gym and yoga studio... BBQ is also available for a small fee.
The space
Super comfortable, spacey, airy and sunny. Air-condition is available in bedroom and dining/living room for those, who would like to use it. Fully furnished and well equipped. Sparkling clean.
Guest access
You will have the whole apartment for your own. You can cook if you like. You may use our washing machine and dry your clothes at the loggia.
You may also use the many benefits this building provides for free:

Paid parking is at basement level, subject to availability of parking places.
