About this property

Composed of a large living room and 3 bedrooms, our family home has been renovated in a holiday spirit! Located on a plot of 4000m2, planted with olive trees and 10 minutes walk from the central square of the village of Maussane les Alpilles, you will appreciate the calm of this place in the heart of an authentic Provencal village.

Maussane les Alpilles is ideally located near the main sites of Provence and the Camargue: Les Baux de Provence 10 ', Arles 20', Nimes / Avignon / Pont du Gard 45 ', Saintes Maries 50'.

Lovers of nature and sports activities will be conquered (hiking, cycling / mountain biking, golf, climbing).

The house of 90 m2 is composed of a large living room of 40 m2 with a new fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave), 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds + drawer (sleeps 5), a bathroom and a garage with washing machine.

Outside, covered terrace with barbecue, large garden, field of olive trees. For your moments of relaxation, we make available our
some leisure facilities (petanque balls / ping pong table / balloons and a bike).

Wunderbar gelegen

Das Haus liegt sehr schön mit einem großen Garten, zu dem auch ein Olivenhain gehört. Und doch kann man zu Fuß mehrere Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt, Feinkostläden und Restaurants erreichen. Wer die Alpillen liebt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

excellent sejour

Nous sommes revenus dans cette maison où nous avions déjà séjourné l année dernière. Nous nous sentons comme chez nous. Maison au milieu d un très grand terrain planté d oliviers. Nous allons faire nos courses à pied au centre de cette petite ville dotée de nombreux commerces. Bien sur, merci à Romain et à bientôt.
