VERY NICE house, all renovated, very design and high tech.
Heated indoor pool
Gym (CrossFit)
Basin with fountain and fish ....
Well maintained garden of 700m²

Ground floor: Huge living room dining room, fully equipped kitchen, veranda of 50 m², wc.

Upstairs, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (including 1 with private bathroom).

10 minutes from Chablis, 20 from Auxerre, in a country village, but with all amenities.
Hair dryer, dry towels etc ....!

To visit ? Forest of Morvan, lakes, vineyards and winemakers, the AJA etc

Animals (1 cat and 2 dogs) live here permanently with their mistress 😉 who will be delighted to welcome you, in all discretion

Séjour agréable

Belle maison, conforme au descriptif de l’annonce. Patricia est une hôte sympathique. Toutefois l’annonce ne précise pas que l’hôte séjourne avec vous dans la maison. Cela n’a pas posé de problème car Patricia est discrète et gentille, mais l’annonce devrait le préciser.

vacances reposantes

très belle piscine chauffée et très bien entretenue.. le jardin est tout simplement superbe.. les chiennes Eva et Efi sont des adorables boules de poils très calines sans parler de COrsiu le chat qui fait des calins le matin.. La maison est très joliment décorée avec gout. Proprietaire très sympathique.. un seul bémol, la salle de bain est belle mais douche petite.
