Wonderful Location

After all, we had an excellent stay at Casa Mila. The location of the house was perfect and right next to the sea. During our stay, we had a wonderful time due to the calmness of this area. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Beautiful property in n outstanding position

A real home from home but with the added benefit of a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and the sound of the sea lapping the shore. Casa Mila is a stunning property in an outstanding sea front position, very spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The communication for the owners was excellent and the welcome pack was a lovely touch.

Lovely stay

Nice villa, with plenty of room and a good-sized pool. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Only downside was the lack of a bbq. Punta Mujeres is quiet and non touristy which suited us perfectly. We weren’t prepared for restaurants closing at 8pm however, so bear this in mind if booking.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you very much for your nice review. As informed the lack of the BBQ was due to the fact the guests staying before you had left it in an extremely poor state and I was obliged to withdraw it.

We had a great holiday in this fabulous house. Great location looking at the sea. So nice going to sleep to the sound of the waves. Very comfortable furniture inside and out. Spotlessly clean. Great communication with the owners. Look forward to returning in the future.

We just returned from 2 weeks in casa mila and we had a wonderful time. Lavinia was great to deal with as a host and very responsive with any queries or issues we had ahead of the trip. The house itself is incredibly well equipped with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Air-conditioning is effective which often in peak summer is needed, however you do also have a nice breeze coming through the windows if you prefer no air con. In the back garden area, you are right on the sea front which is lovely. The nature of the canaries is almost always windy, however the patio area is such that it never feels too windy. Local area is peaceful and not 'touristy' like other places. Local restaurants are not flashy but have great food and are friendly (more so if you at least a go at speaking Spanish!). Snorkelling in the area is also amazing. To be objective, the only things to note: - If you are private people, there is a small walking route between garden and ocean. Every single person walking past will look into the garden, some even stopping to get the best look possible. - The pool cover is difficult to manage, especially as someone with back problems. This could be easily fixed with different wheels on all 4 legs to roll off, but you have to pick one heavy end up and swing round. Something to watch for those with any form of impairment or if elderly. - The house has no dedicated parking and can be tricky at the weekends but by no means impossible.

Hi Andrew, Thank you very much for your lovely and detailed review. We’re delighted that you and your family had such a wonderful two weeks at Casa Mila and particularly enjoyed the house, its unique seafront location and the atmosphere of Punta Mujeres. We also appreciate your constructive comments. The pool cover is a solid and secure system specifically chosen as the most suitable solution for a holiday rental. Casa Mila is located directly on the seafront within the village, so the occasional passer-by is naturally part of the setting – and the trade-off for enjoying those wonderful, completely unobstructed ocean views. Parking is normally easy nearby, although it can occasionally be busier during peak summer periods and weekends. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family, and we hope to welcome you back!

A proper 5-star villa

This is an excellent villa, very well equipped and well laid out. It is in a small town, Punta Mujeres which has a real Canarian feel to it. You are close to a couple of small supermarkets, cafes and restaurants; parking is also very good outside. We like to walk and there are great coastal walks on your doorstep. Being in the north of the island it is ideally located for sightseeing and exploring away from the main tourist centres. (We would recommend you hire a car while staying there.) Lavinia, your host, is great and we really enjoyed our experience there. Thank you.

Amazing villa and location

We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was clean, well equipped and spacious. We spent most of our time in the pool area with the shaded seating area for relaxing and dining. The sea view was a real pleasure, with think we even saw whale’s breaching on the sea’s horizon on one the days! The restaurant next door was a bonus though we only ate there once. There was no issues with it being there, hardly any noticeable noise and it closed early most evenings. The village is wonderful too with a number of other restaurants within walking distance. The host was very helpful and provided good information on where to go and how to use the appliances. I would highly recommend this villa as it delivered everything we wanted from our stay in Lanzarote!

Spitze!

Tolle, einzigartige Landschaft!! Schöne Ausflugsziele in näherer Umgebung.

Erholsamer Urlaub in bester Lage
